FOOTBALL legend Rio Ferdinand celebrated like he'd just won the Premier League as brother Anton reached the Dancing On Ice Final last night.
The former Manchester United and England star cheered and pumped his fists as Anton, 40, made it through the skate-off and into the series closer.
He wrote on Instagram: "That moment when ur bro reaches the FINAL!!!!"
It was finally something good to shout about for the retired defender after he watched his former club United slump to a penalties defeat to Fulham in the FA Cup.
Not everyone was as happy as Rio about the ice skating result though, after Towie lothario Dan Edgar was sent home.
There were accusations from some fans that the result was fixed, with them insisting Dan, 34, had the cleaner routine.
Judges Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo and Jayne Torvill all voted to save Anton, with Christopher Dean conceding he would have made the same decision.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one viewer wrote: "How can that happen with a stumble? Total fix."
Someone else agreed: "wtaf? Wooden Anton nearly falls over again after lurching around the rink like a wobbly toddler and still gets through? Methinks Dan's upset somebody high up."
Another said during his skate: "Ohhh Anton messed up there."
Michaela Strachan and Sam Aston also made it through to the series final.
Michaela and her skating partner Mark Hanretty were awarded perfect 10s from Ashley, Oti, Jayne, and Chris, with a 9 for their solo challenge, bringing their total to 49.0.

Sam and Molly Lanaghan received a similar 10 from Ashley, Oti, and Chris, but Jayne gave them a 9.5, and their solo challenge score was a 9, bringing their total to 48.0.
Dan and Vanessa James were given a 9.5 from Ashley, a perfect 10 from Oti, and 9s from Jayne and Chris, but their solo challenge score of 6 dropped their total to 43.5.
And Anton and Annette Dytrt received a consistent 9.5 from all the judges, but their solo challenge score of 7 left them with a total of 45.0.
Dancing On Ice 202 pairings
Here's the 12 celebs lined up to take part in 2025 - along with their professional partner.
Hours before the show aired it was revealed that it could be axed once again after receiving its lowest ever ratings.
A source told The Mirror: “There are very real fears this is the end of the road for Dancing on Ice. It’s had a good run for nearly 20 years and has a very loyal set of viewers who really love it but the sad truth is there’s just not enough of them.
“We need bums on seats but the ratings have dropped to a point where it’s difficult to justify the cost.”
This year, 2.9million tuned in for the launch of the show, compared to 12million in its heyday, and by the fifth episode that number had decreased to 2.4million.
An ITV spokeswoman continued to tell the publication: “The Dancing on Ice team is fully concentrating on the much anticipated series finale this coming Sunday and therefore no decision has been made.”
Meanwhile panellists Christopher and Jane will soon hang up their blades after 50 years of incredible performances when they take to the road for a UK arena tour titled Our Last Dance.
