TOWIE couple Roman Hackett and Matilda Draper have taken a savage swipe at his 'jealous' ex-fling - but vowed to help her find love.
In a teaser for The Only Way Is Essex’s upcoming 34th series, the pair reflected on their blossoming romance and Matilda’s introduction to the cast.
Matilda, 24, revealed: “Literally everyone I’ve met so far has been really, really lovely. I’ve not got any bad things to say about any of them so far. So, all good.”
Roman, 22, then brought up his former love interest, Dani Imbert, who was previously linked to him before his relationship with Matilda.
He explained: “Dani, obviously, had met Matilda beforehand. And obviously when I was in Dubai with Matilda, Dani was there as well. So she kind of saw firsthand what was happening between me and Matilda."
Roman sarcastically added: "So she’s really happy for the pair of us. She’s jealous because she wants to have what we have.”
But rather than let any bad blood linger, Matilda insisted they had plans to help Dani move on.
“We’re going to set her up,” she said, with Roman adding: “We’re going to set her up with someone.”
Just this week, Matilda sparked engagement rumours after showing off a new ring on her left hand.
Matilda left fans buzzing after posting a YouTube video from her Valentine's weekend in Amsterdam with Roman.
The couple, who went Instagram official only in December, looked more loved up than ever as they enjoyed a trip to the Dutch capital.
In the video, Matilda could be seen happily flashing the sparkler on her left finger while enjoying a bite to eat – causing fans to wonder if the couple had taken the next step in their relationship.

She even gushed, "How beautiful is my ring?"
This isn’t the first time they've teased an engagement, either.
During a date night last month, Roman showed off an 'eternity' tattoo and wrote 'wifey' as he held hands with his girlfriend in a social media post.
The pair looked loved up as they dined at a swanky Essex restaurant.
And, before that, Matilda shared photos trying on wedding dresses.
Alongside a crying face emoji, a delighted Matilda wrote: "Got to try on April Banbury's new bridal collection and I can't cope.”
April is a wedding dress designer who appeared on Married At First Sight UK.
In December, The Sun revealed Matilda as the latest star to join the ITVBe family on the long-running reality show.
