Washington Capitals Beat Columbus Blue Jackets, 3-2; Pierre-Luc Dubois, Tom Wilson Strike trucc

   

The Washington Capitals beat the Columbus Blue Jackets by a score of 3-2 on Monday at Nationwide Arena in the team’s penultimate game of the preseason two nights after Columbus handed them a 7-4 defeat in the District. Washington improved to 2-3-0 in exhibition play. Goaltender Logan Thompson played the entire game, making 24 saves.
