Tess' MBE comes after she revealed how a mix up with addresses almost resulted in her missing the acceptance deadline for the honour
However, Tess previously revealed she almost didn't receive the award after the letter officially notifying her of the MBE was sent to the wrong address.
By the time it had reached her, the mum-of-two had just days left to accept the award.
Meanwhile, Tess - who is very private about her family life - shared a rare picture of lookalike daughter Amber as she marked her 16th birthday.
The proud mum went all out to mark her big day as Amber could be seen candidly laughing during a family meal at a restaurant as a bouquet of flowers lay beside her.
Another picture showed a beautiful assortment of balloons outside, with two big balloons in the shape of 16.
