Longtime “Dancing With the Stars” pro Val Chmerkovskiy flew to Philadelphia to catch the DWTS Live! Tour. The Mirrorball Trophy winner was in the audience for the majority of the show, cheering on his wife, Jenna Johnson, and his friends who are in the show.
At one point, Chmerkovskiy found himself on stage, which was a real treat for fans in the audience. Based on a video that was shared on Reddit, it appears Alan Bersten brought Chmerkovskiy on stage as his partner for some square dancing.
Chmerkovskiy put on a cowboy hat and danced around with Bersten for the fun number.

Val Chmerkovskiy Gave His Wife a Shout Out After the Show
Chmerkovskiy took to Instagram on January 27 to share his thoughts on this year’s tour.
“DWTS FAM! Got to see my lady, the extraordinary @jennajohnson on stage in Philly yesterday! And the rest of my DWTS fam. STARS!! Insane talent, such a good show,” he captioned a video from the show.
“@nopenother knocked it out of the park with another classic! Fans are electric! @joeygraziadei @stephen_nedoroscik great job. But again and again, what special group this is and what an absolute pleasure it was for me to cheer them on. Spent my life on stage, rarely do I find myself in the audience.. but once in a while what a treat it is to be the applause and bare witness to some special stuff made by some really special people,” he continued.
“Congrats to @dwtstourofficial @nikolevallins @wearefaculty @jaredaripaul for knocking it out of the park AGAIN,” he added.
Johnson commented on the post.
“I love you baby,” she said.
