The Only Way Is Essex star Courtney took to Instagram to share snaps of her new look after having a procedure done.
She updated fans about her nose filler, while also offering words of caution to those thinking of following in her footsteps.
Sharing to her 600,000 followers, Courtney wrote: “Had nose filler done by Emmie @COSMESSEX. So happy.
“Please choose carefully who you go to for this treatment as it can be very dangerous.”
Courtney joined TOWIE back in 2016, notching eight years on the show to date.
In April, TOWIE viewers saw Courtney overcome with emotion as she revealed her breakup with secret boyfriend Callum Bushby to pals.
The former couple began dating in 2018 and originally split 18 months later, before rekindling their romance.
In fact, the pair even moved in together in 2022.
Courtney explained that the "vibes were off" when they returned from the cast trip to Bali.
Castmate Amber Turner weighed in: You didn’t speak much in Bali did you?
"No but I did put that down to the time difference and stuff…," Courtney explained, before admitting she "probably wasn’t making as much effort as I should have been."
Amber then said: "It has always been clear how obsessed he is with you. Did you kind of take that for granted?"
Later, Courtney elaborated: "I feel like heartbreak is the worst thing in the world. It actually hurts. I feel like I have cried for five days straight. Like my tear ducts have dried up."
Courtney had sparked speculation about her and businessman Callum splitting after she said they were “taking a step back” from each other.
At the time of Callum and Courtney's previous break-up five years ago, an insider told The Sun they had clashed over his commitment issues.
The source said: “She wanted him to show commitment and move in together, but he didn't want to.
"He's only young and is still enjoying going out with friends with no strings attached.”
