Thomas Ravenel doesn’t want to fork over his text messages to Kathryn Dennis in their ongoing custody battle.

The “Southern Charm” star filed court documents in his ongoing case with his ex-girlfriend asking the judge to order that he does not have to turn over records that pertain to any issues prior to June 30, 2017, The Blast reports. Ravenel, 56, argued that Dennis, 26, was aware of all the sexual harassment allegations against him when they struck their original custody deal in 2017, so her request for full custody should be denied.

He also argued that he should not have to turn over bank records, certain other text messages and emails and social media posts, saying that it would be too troublesome for him.

Dennis filed for full custody of their children, Kensie, 4, and Saint, 3, late last year after two women came forward with sexual assault allegations against the disgraced politician. Then, Ravenel filed a lawsuit against Bravo and “Southern Charm” producers to halt them from airing footage regarding him on the show.

He also accused Dennis of abusing drugs, and even buying them from “Southern Charm” crew members. In turn, she accused him of hiring a private eye to trail her despite having a restraining order after he claimed she was part of a hit and run accident.

Dennis previously filed documents asking the court to seal their case, but a judge has not ruled on the matter yet.

Both cases are still ongoing and Ravenel’s sexual assault case is headed to trial.
