Terry and Heather Dubrow have finally found a buyer for their Beverly Hills mansion.
On Monday, the 66-year-old plastic surgeon and 56-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County personality closed a deal on the 9,000-sq-ft property after listing it for $25M in March.
According to TMZ, the property was bought by a non-celebrity from outside the States for $16.5 million.
The anonymous buyer, who had previously been in escrow for the home before backing out at the last minute, toured the sprawling residence three times before making a final decision.
The deal was brokered by real estate agent Josh Flagg while Matt Altman also held the listing. Heather also noted on Instagram earlier this year that she tapped Josh Altman of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing.
Per Altman, the longtime couple are trading in the sprawling abode for an apartment lifestyle.

Three of their four children have reached adulthood and moved out, and Heather and Terry want to spend more time traveling.
Terry and Heather share 21-year-old twin sons Nick and Max, 18-year-old daughter Kat, and 14-year-old son Ace.
Their Beverly Hills house, sitting behind a vast circular driveway, is perched on a promontory with the Los Angeles skyline visible in the distance.
It sits across a more than eight-acre lot with dazzling views of the city, and boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
The home was constructed with an airy design that allows plenty of sunlight to stream through the spacious rooms.
Guests enter the property by way of a massive foyer, where they are greeted by the sight of twin staircases leading to the upper level.
Meanwhile, the dining room features expansive windows to let the natural light in, plus a fireplace with an ornate mantlepiece.
Next to a living room with breathtaking hillside views, the home also contains a library nook with sleek blonde wood bookshelves.

A seating area is set up in the library, which has its own window offering a glimpse of the lush foliage planted around the structure.
The living room comes with bay windows as well as glass doors leading out into the backyard, which is complete with a swimming pool.
One of the estate's other outdoor offerings is a patio area flanked by two columns of trees, which have been used to form a canopy.
A separate reading room, with a slanted ceiling that provides a cozy feel, is tucked away at another area of the house.
Heather and Terry embarked on a renovation before their attempt to sell it at a markup.
