STRICTLY'S Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał looked cosier than ever as he wrapped his arms around her in their latest post.

Pete, 36, and Jowita, 30, have been paired up for the 2024 season, and since then have been inundating fans with TikToks and behind the scenes videos of their journey so far.

But their latest post has left fans in a frenzy over their "sizzling chemistry".

In a string of snaps shared to Instagram, the former Towie star is seen with his hand around his dance partner's shoulder as she kicks her leg up at a brick wall.

They go on to pose for some silly selfies, with Pete using Jowita's hair to mimick a moustache.

Taking to the comments section, someone wrote: "There couldn’t be more chemistry if you chucked a Bunsen burner between them!"

Another added: "What a partnership and chemistry for days," while a third chimed in with: "Love this, clearly in love already xx."

A fourth said: "Just the perfect couple not just strictly.. @p_wicks01 you’ve got the lady you can’t live without."

One more concluded: "I know I shouldn’t say this, but you guys have major chemistry. This partnership is fit, chemistry is [fire] such potential already!!!"

It's not the first time Pete and Jowita have set tongues wagging, either.

In a recent video, the tiny ballroom pro was seen leaning on Pete's taller frame after completing their first rehearsal run, with Pete keeping her close as they spoke to the cameras.

At one point, Pete even rubbed her shoulders as his long hair fell in front of her face, causing her to smile.

Holding the camera, Jowita asked him: "How do you feel after your first run on the Strictly floor?"

"Tired, but excited, really excited actually," he said. "How would you describe it, our dancing, in one word."

When she responded "fire", he told her: "That's exactly what I would've said. Fiery, literally."

"Exciting times coming," beamed Jowita, with Pete adding: "Oh! Outfits are impressive as well."

"Oh my gosh, wait till you see Pete's outfit," the pro dancer said. "Pete's outfit is everything."

While we weren't able to see it, he teased that it was his "favourite colour".

However, while their upcoming Paso Doble to the Prodigy's Breathe may be fiery, fans couldn't resist commenting on another kind of heat coming from the pair.

"Can feel the chemistry," one wrote on TikTok, while another said: "Right I’m on board the ship guys!"

"This is going to turn into love I can see it already," noted a third.

While a fourth said: "Oh ai I would love to see this happen he is gorgeous and a good guy"

"How long before the new romance," questioned a fifth, while a sixth said: "They have an amazing connection don’t they?"

What causes the Strictly 'curse'?

Relationship counsellor Georgina Sturmer says the very nature of Strictly is the reason why it is the death knell of so many love affairs.

"It isn't necessarily the case that relationships break down due to Strictly, rather that it highlights when things are not quite right," says Georgina.

"The demanding nature of competing in the show can put strain on existing problems.

"For example, the long days of training and being away from home mean their partner could feel resentful, frustrated and even jealous, especially when they see their other half having the time of their life on screen while they look after the kids and keep the show on the road.

"The physical nature of their interaction with their 'co-worker' will be unlike any other job they have done too. How often are you pressed up against another person for ten hours a day? It's a very intimate experience, even if nothing romantic occurs.

"Contestants often experience physical changes during the show - stronger, slimmer bodies, a more glamorous look - as well as revealing a new side of themselves. This isn't always positive for their existing relationship.

"Aside from the 'curse', you also see plenty of contestants and dancers who are unattached become couples. I think the show almost gives people 'permission' to find love or have an affair, because the public almost 'want' and 'expect' it."
