JB Gill has revealed his gruelling workout regime on Strictly Come Dancing is benefiting his love life with wife Chloe.
The JLS singer, 37, has been tearing up the dancefloor with his professional dance partner Amy Dowden on this year's series.
The hitmaker told how his partner, who he married in 2014 after six years of dating, has been loving the changes to his body the show has brought.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: 'The six-pack is incoming! I've definitely lost a lot of weight, and we've not even done half of the up-tempo numbers yet.
'I think Chloe's loving it, too. The other day she said to me, 'Can you speak to Costume and get your arms out because your arms are looking good!' I'm not used to these compliments flying about.

Asked if his new exercise regime has spiced things up in the bedroom, JB said: 'You know, I'm here for it. Now I'll have to listen to my wife and get the guns out — I need to keep her happy as well.'
Despite his hard work, JB and Amy landed in the bottom two last weekend alongside Paul Merson and Karen Hauer but were saved by the judges in the dance-off.
Being at risk of elimination was 'disheartening' for JB, given he and Amy had earned a respectable score of 30 for their routine that week.
When asked by host Tess Daly about their time on the show, Paul said: 'It's been really good. For anybody I talk to, I would say you've got to go on this show. It's amazing - everybody.
There's a Tottenham fan over there called Lincoln and even he's nice!
'It's been amazing, honestly, amazing. I loved every minute of it, I've had a great teacher.
'She's been amazing, absolutely amazing and I couldn't wish for a better coach. I've loved every minute of it.
'I can dance now - I've won because I can dance, I couldn't dance before and I can half dance now. It's a bonus, absolute bonus.'

Karen then sweetly added: 'Absolutely, you've been a joy. I've never giggled this much. My abs are really tight now.
'I am so proud of you. Every week you have showed up, you have improved.
'You're what Strictly is about and I want to thank you for bringing such joy and just showing everyone that it is possible with a little bit of work and lots of giggles.'
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6:30pm on BBC One.
