Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood ordered Toyah Willcox's husband to 'sit down' during Saturday's show.

The singer, 66, has been married to musician Robert Fripp since 1986 and is the eldest contestant taking part in this year's competition. 

Robert proudly sat in the audience during movie week to watch Toyah and pro dancer Neil Jones tackle Ursula the sea witch's Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid.

After the performance, Craig, 59, told the pair it was 'all a bit stuck in the mud, ploddy and floppy.'

Robert stood up and started to boo Craig, while he hit back and told Robert to sit down with a smile on his face.

With the competition fully underway the first few weeks of Strictly have had no shortage of drama and surprises.

Nick Knowles and his partner Luba Mushtuk have been given a free pass through to week four of the competition after he pulled out of Movie Week due to an injury.

The DIY SOS star, 62, will miss out on performing his Charleston to Rain on the Roof from Paddington 2 after it was revealed on Friday he fell and injured his knee during rehearsals.

He was seen leaving his Berkshire home on crutches alongside his fiancée Katie Dadzie as he appeared to grimace through the pain.

His latest injury comes just a week after his future on the show was thrown into doubt due to a shoulder problem after he attempted to change a tyre on his car.

Fans of the show have been left fuming at the decision to let Nick go straight through to week four as they branded it 'unfair'.

Meanwhile this week also saw the results of the BBCs report into Amanda Abbington's claims of bullying against her dance partner Giovanni Pernice .

The organisation found that out of 17 allegations, they upheld six, some of which are for Giovanni using swear words. The report found that his language could be 'belittling.'

After six months of investigating the Sherlock actress's claims that he was 'abusive, cruel and mean' they have finally found he was not abusive, nor did he make threats. 

They also said there was no aggressive or physical conduct, but the corporation has issued an apology to Amanda after finding in her favour on 'a number of' allegations concerning verbal bullying and harassment.

The BBC also agreed with Amanda that at times he appeared to be giving her overly negative feedback.

'It also concluded that there were two moments of 'inappropriate behaviour of sexual banter in the workplace' which were found to be made and received as jokes and compliments of Ms Abington dancing. The review has found this was a two-way, consensual way of talking and behaving.

However, her complaint that he sent her a video on WhatsApp which she deemed to be inappropriate was not upheld. The BBC did not find anything sexually inappropriate.

Giovanni said he was 'pleased' after he was cleared of threatening and abusive behaviour towards Amanda, despite some of her complaints being upheld.

Amanda has now said she is considering further action against the BBC as she spoke out about the investigation results during an interview on Newsnight on Wednesday.

The Sherlock actress revealed she held a summit of other Strictly Come Dancing contestants in her own home to swap stories of treatment on the show.

She said she and the other stars wept as they spoke of their experiences working with Giovanni.

In an interview with Victoria Derbyshire , Amanda described her time in the rehearsal room, where she said she 'lost all sense of reality'.

She added she met up with other celebrities who were previously partnered with Pernice on the BBC show.

Meanwhile this week also saw the results of the BBCs report into Amanda Abbington's claims of bullying against her dance partner Giovanni Pernice  

Revealing she invited the group to her house, Amanda said 'we all cried, we all burst into tears.

'We just wanted to make sure that we weren't on our own and thinking this had just happened to us.'

'Everyone I spoke to all said the same thing, it wasn't pleasant and it wasn't what everyone else was going through in the other [rehearsal] rooms.'

However not all of Giovanni's partners have supported Amanda with some revealing they had positive experiences with the dancer.

The actress told Newnight when asked about how she will proceed now the report has been published, that she is 'taking guidance from my lawyer on a day to day basis.'
