Amy Dowden has been met with a tidal wave of affection and support as she excitedly reveals the cover for her upcoming book.
The 34-year-old star from Strictly Come Dancing has valiantly triumphed over breast cancer, having been diagnosed in 2023, and received the all-clear by February 2024.
Her soon-to-be-released memoir, titled Dancing in the Rain, is set to be an emotive journey through her fight with adversity, aiming to provide solace and encouragement to others wrestling with their own life hurdles.
Amy's tumultuous journey, which has included chemotherapy, a mastectomy, and taking a hiatus from Strictly Come Dancing in 2023, has been publicly followed.
Bracing herself for the release of her book, Amy shared: "So guys, here it is, the day I've been waiting for...the reveal of the cover to my book, Dancing in the Rain, paperback edition.
"I hope my personal story can be inspirational for anyone facing challenges, big or small and if that is you, that it helps you to find the courage to rise up and meet them."
Urging her fans, she announced: "PRE-ORDER the paperback edition now using the link in my bio, ready for its release on 28th August. I hope you like the new cover as much as I do."
Fans have showered Amy with admiration in response to her announcement, sending a flurry of warm messages her way, reports Express
A touching message stood out from a follower who bravely shared their battle with terminal illness, saying: "I'm currently battling stage 4 cancer so know what you went through. Will purchase as it might help me."
Another person showed their heartfelt thanks, commenting: "Amy, thank you for signing my hardback book when I met you in Liverpool. Good luck on strictly. Lots of love."

In recognition of her fundraising initiatives and awareness efforts surrounding inflammatory bowel disease, Amy was earlier honoured with an MBE.
Amy has also been forthright about her personal struggle with Crohn's disease alongside her battle with cancer.
Reflecting on receiving the MBE, she confided: "It's really surreal, it's been like an out-of-body experience but is it true honour to get an MBE and I will forever do what I can to raise awareness and fundraise for Crohn's and colitis, and Crohn's and Colitis UK charity, and also, recently as well for breast cancer - getting as many people as I possibly can to check themselves as earlier detection saves lives. It's an incredible honour, and one that still hasn't sunk in yet."
Marianne Radcliffe, the chief executive of Crohn's and Colitis UK, lauded Amy for her significant contribution, stating: "People never used to talk about Crohn's or Colitis, but Amy has really helped to normalise conversations about these conditions by being open and honest, and adding some of her trademark sparkle."
