Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Hauer shocked fans as she revealed she performed a 'tiny bit of dancing' in the blockbuster movie Wicked, a prequel of The Wizard of Oz.
The professional dancer, 42, had not previously disclosed her role in the film, which follows the unlikely friendship of wicked witch Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and good witch Glinda (Ariana Grande).
However, she pleasantly surprised fans on Monday as she took to her Instagram to post a string of behind-the-scenes snaps.
She captioned the post with: 'Had a “Wicked” experience doing a tiny bit of dancing in this magnificent movie. (camera emoji)'
'@Jasongilkison and I had an absolute blast!! Thanks to @chrislxd for letting us have a little go.'
'We were like two toddlers in a candy shop (laughing emoji) Can’t wait to watch the movie tonight ! (green heart emoji).'

One thrilled fan wrote in the comments: 'What a lovely surprise! So excited to be on the look out for you!'; 'I will now spend the entire movie trying to spot you.'
'See now I’m gonna be playing a game of Spot Karen when I watch.'; 'Great costumes, can't wait to see you in the movie!'
In the carousel of snaps, Karen could be seen beaming as she was dressed to the nines in hair and makeup for Wicked alongside her pals at the premiere.
Karen is not the only Strictly star taking Hollywood by storm as earlier this year, it was announced Johannes Radebe's life story was being made into an 'uplifting' family film.
The popular dancer, who first found fame abroad on the hit BBC dancing show after joining in 2018, released his memoir JoJo: Finally Home in 2023.
Johannes, who is from South Africa, scored a best-seller with the book, and his own writing will be adapted to form the basis of the upcoming movie, which friends have called 'an inspiration'.
The 37-year-old battled homophobia, bullying and poverty to make a name for himself on the ballroom scene, first winning amateur and professional championships in his home country before joining its version of Strictly in 2014 and popular touring stage show Burn The Floor.
With the working title of Finally Home, Johannes will also serve as the Executive Producer and Choreographer for the film, which was first announced by Deadline.

However, last month they became the fourth couple to be eliminated from the competition after landing in a dreaded dance-off against JB Gill and his dance partner at the time Amy Dowden.
Paul and Karen performed their routine, a Samba to Car Wash by Rose Royce, but it wasn't enough to win over the panel.
All four judges revealed they were in agreement in choosing to keep JB and axed the sports star following the dance-off.
As the news began to settle on their exit, Paul told Tess: 'It's been really good.'
'For anybody I talk to, I would say you've got to go on this show. It's amazing - everybody.'
He added: 'There's a Tottenham fan over there called Lincoln and even he's nice! It's been amazing, honestly, amazing. I loved every minute of it, I've had a great teacher.'
