Dianne Buswell has appeared emotional at the thought of kicking off her very own tour alongside her Strictly Come Dancing co-star Vito Coppola.
The pair revealed back in May 2024 that they would be going on a joint tour, titled Dianne and Vito: Red Hot and Ready.
Confirming the news, the dancers shared a fiery poster for the show and said: "We are so, so excited to finally introduce you all to our brand new show DIANNE & VITO 'Red Hot and Ready' presented by Burn the Floor."
They added: "We’ve been working on this project for such a long time and we cannot wait to share this special show with the whole of the UK in 2025! Tickets go on sale Wednesday 22nd May from www.dianneandvito.co.uk."
From those behind Burn The Floor, a live dance show which has performed around the world, Red Hot and Ready is described as bringing together Dianne and Vito, "with their incredible ability to deliver show-stopping performances, and a cast of multi-disciplined Burn the Floor dancers from around the world who are nothing short of spectacular, as well as sensational vocalists and live band."
In recent weeks, Dianne and Vito have been seen getting stuck into rehearsals for the show, which is being choreographed by Strictly's creative director Jason Gilkinson.
It was then on Friday (June 6) that Jason took to Instagram to reveal that rehearsals were complete as they moved onto tech rehearsals before opening night on Wednesday (June 11).
Alongside pictures of the full cast, Jason said: "See ya Battersea Arts Centre … @dianneandvito …we’re officially on the road. A group of artists that make me proud to do what I do.
"What you’ve shown me everyday is nothing short of inspiring …thank you for a rehearsal period that has been nothing short of SUBLIME! 17 years since my last new @burnthefloorofficial show … but it’s been worth the wait. Let’s get Red, Hot & Ready."
The day for the tour to get underway has finally arrived and on Wednesday, Dianne shared their tour poster on Instagram alongside face holding back tears and heart emojis.
She said: "Honestly, I couldn't be prouder of this show! It's everything and more." And her and Vito's Strictly co-stars have been sharing their support.
Amy Dowden wrote on her Instagram Story: "Opening night for this talented duo! Have the best timeon tour! Can't wait to see it @diannebuswell @vitocoppola and of course congratulations @jasongilkinson."
Jowita Przystal, meanwhile, said:" Happy opening @diannebuswell @vitocoppola @robbiekmetoni @rosa.carnevila @samturrell808 and to the rest of the cast @dianneandvito tour!! Have a blast!"
