Dianne Buswell has been branded 'so real' by fans as she shared an honest update on Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals.
The professional dancer was seen reuniting with her fellow pros this week as they began preparations for the upcoming run of the BBC One dance contest.
The BBC confirmed the professional line-up for the upcoming run of the hit dance show in April. Amy Dowden, Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Gorka Marquez, and Luba Mushtuk will take to the floor once more.
They will be joined by Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Michelle Tsiakkas, Aljaž Škorjanec, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Nikita Kuzmin and Vito Coppola.
But Dianne and her co-star Vito Coppola didn't give themselves much time to relax as they only finished their first-ever joint-headline tour - Red Hot and Ready - just days before rehearsals got underway.
With the days now flying by as the pros prepare to pre-record the group numbers for the 2025 run of the hit dance show, Dianne has given her own insight.
Taking to Instagram, Dianne was seen posing in the mirror in a black top and shorts, which she paired with a green blazer and sunglasses covering her eyes.
Alongside the clip, a message read: "Start of the day vs..." before she returned to the same spot, this time with her trademark red locks tied into a messy bun on her head and added: "... the end [crying laughing emojis]."
She then captioned the main post on her Instagram grid: "I always leave the house so fresh and full of beans the reality of my return however….. Anybody else?"
Her Strictly co-stars, including Janette Manrara, Nancy Xu, Lauren Oakley and Michelle Tsiakkas, all responded with strings of crying laughing emojis. And fans were also quick to respond.
@buswellsdaisy said: "Love how real you are. You still look stunning!!" @killerqueenkim commented: "Thank you for being so relatable." @jakegriffiths36 wrote: "I totally agree with this."
@hayleykpt_ posted: "Soooo real. Icon." @alyssa_sun_24 replied: "Brilliant. I return from work like this and I'm not even a dancer." @claire_a_bella_redhead shared: "Love this!!!" @susiesu12l added: "Awwww bless you, just shows how hard you have been dancing to perfect the fantastic routines you will all be doing on Strictly."
It comes after Dianne said she is prepared to leave Strictly temporarily to start a family with her boyfriend Joe Sugg. The 36-year-old dancer met the 33-year-old YouTube star when they were partnered together on the hit BBC One dancing show back in 2018.
The couple, who made it to the competition's final before being beaten by fellow lovebirds Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton, have "always wanted" to start a family, and she said they will try to have children when "everything aligns" in their lives.
Dianne told the September issue of Prima magazine: "When Joe and I met, it wasn’t until the show ended that we realised we missed each other’s company a lot – our relationship went from there.
"We always got on, he was so funny to me, and I loved how creative he was. We’ve always wanted kids, it’s just finding the right time.
"I don’t feel worried about taking time out from dancing, I just don’t see the point in worrying. When everything aligns, it will happen. I have to have that vision. I like to practise manifestation, I’m quite spiritual."
