Amy Dowden has told fans that she 'needs all the luck' as she teased taking on a 'new challenge' ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing return.
The professional dancer previously shared how "grateful" she is as the dancer has been confirmed as a returning professional for this year's series of Strictly.
In April, the BBC confirmed that the hit dance show will be returning to our screens this Autumn with a fresh set of celebrity faces hoping to take home the coveted Glitterball trophy.
With viewers favourite professionals returning for Strictly's 21st year, the BBC have teased that there will also be two new professional dancers joining the line-up, with more to be confirmed closer to the show.
Taking to her Instagram at the time, Amy celebrated the news as she wrote: "So grateful to be back on the best show on TV for my 9th year with my Strictly family. @bbcstrictly
"This show means everything to me, through the highs and my all time lows, it truly got me through my toughest of times. The show is pure magic and good for the soul. I’m feeling stronger than ever.
"The countdown begins to be back in the rehearsal room with my strictly family. Who else is counting down the days? Keep dancing! Welsh love".
But before she gets back into the ballroom, Amy has been busy and has confirmed she has more to do before Strictly returns. Sharing a string of snaps from how she spent June, the 34-year-old wrote on Instagram: "Well June you were just joyful and memorable! Here’s my round-up of another brilliant month of 2025!
"Lots of Gran Canaria snaps with the gang. Long filming days but so worth it, what an adventure! Studio days, learning and pushing new boundaries. A new project incoming. Teaching @artinmotion.dance. Family time and I got to take my nephew’s swimming
"Red hot and ready @diannebuswell @vitocoppola. House of games. Half the year down and what a year so far, I always said 2025 sounded good. Here’s to July and I’m about to begin a very new challenge! Trust me I need all the luck I can get! #juneroundup #forevergrateful."
