Two new professional dancers will be joining the show
Strictly Come Dancing 2025 might be months away but we have been thinking about the upcoming series ever since Dianne Buswell and Chris McCausland lifted the coveted glitter ball trophy at the end of Strictly 2024.
Will the judging panel remain the same? Will more Love Island stars take to the dance floor? Will we all fall in love with Tess and Claudia's outfits again? What will the Halloween costumes be?
Only time will tell.
Naturally, rumours are already ciruclating about who will be taking part in the new season of the dancing competition and we are already LOVING this potential line-up.
Which celebrities are rumoured for Strictly 2025?
Sir Mo Farah
Sir Mo Farah is reportedly the latest name to enter into talks to sign up for Strictly and could swap the race track for the dancefloor. 'His personality would provide the perfect tonic to the toxicity that’s overshadowed Strictly,' a source told The Sun. 'Bosses would love to sign him up but the talks are at a very early stage.'
Dani Dyer
The newly married Love Island winner is rumoured to be have been snapped up by the BBC big wigs.
'Bosses are thrilled she’s agreed to take part and are ironing out her fee,' The Sun reported.
Tayce
The drag queen won the Christmas special of the show and if our memory serves us correctly (it does) this could mean Tayce will be back for the ACTUAL Strictly series.
Ashley Cain
If the rumours are true, Strictly is set to sign it's first Ex on the Beach star. Ashley is a former footballer, reality TV star and TV presenter.
'He’s a proper character with a very interesting background that looks the part,' The Mirror revealed.
'He would be a great addition to the Strictly line up. He’s presented a couple of BBC shows and has really impressed.'
Thomas Skinner
Another reality TV star who might be throwing on their dancing shoes is Thomas Skinner who took part in The Apprentice in 2019 and MasterChef UK a year later.
'Strictly bosses are hoping he’ll get the dads watching. He has a massive following, especially with working-class blokes,' a source told The Sun.
Craig Rowe
The Sun has revealed that former This Morning presenter Craig Rowe has shown some major interest in Strictly.
'My agent is talking to all the reality shows and there’s definitely been a little bit of a rumble that I felt from some of them,' Craig told the outlet.
'We’ve spoken to Strictly and nothing’s happened yet, but talks are very much happening.'
Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo
Strictly loves a Made in Chelsea star and the latest rumored cast member is Toff.
The Mirror reported, 'Georgia is in talks to join – she would bring glamour, poise and fun to the show. She’s been a huge hit on all the telly shows she’s done and would be a popular contestant on Strictly.'
Tom Parker-Bowles
Toff will be in high society company if Tom Parker-Bowles also joins the Strictly line up as The Mirror has reported.
'Top of their wishlist is MasterChef star Tom. His name was also sounded-out last year but never materialised. Bosses hope they’ll have better luck this year.'
Helen Flanagan
After her stint on Celebs Go Dating, rumour has it the Strictly bosses are hoping Corrie star Helen Flanagan will join the entertainment show.
Stacey Solomon
The TV presenter is a firm favourite for the entertainment show and is already working with the BBC on her show, Sort Your Life Out.
'The BBC always want to showcase their own talent on Strictly and Stacey’s show has already bagged them an NTA,' a source told The Sun.
Mike Tindall
Mike Tindall may well become the first royal to take part in Strictly, as word on the street is that Mike is vying for the glitter ball trophy, alongside his wife Zara Tindall.
Former Strictly professional Erin Boag believes they would be the perfect addition to the reality TV show.
Angellica Bell
Admittedly, the TV presenter has only just left the Celebrity Big Brother house but she is a strong contender for this year's series. Angellica has never shied away from confessing how much she adores the show - who doesn't?
According to reports, she was a 'reserve' for last year's series - just like Kelvin Fletcher who took over from Jamie Laing in 2019 and even went on to win - but she's now hoping to be part of the OG line-up for the 2025 series.
'So when I've had like in-depth conversations with people who are my friends and they say it's great,' Angellica previously told The Sun, 'I would definitely go from their recommendation.'
Harry Aikines-Aryeetey or Nitro
It's not uncommon for a celeb to test the Strictly waters by taking part in Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special and it looks like Gladiators star and ex-Olympic sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey (or Nitro) got a taste for it as he's the latest celeb to rumoured for 2025's line-up.
A source told The Sun, 'Bosses have been desperate to get Nitro on the series for a while.
'They were in talks last year but couldn’t get the timings to marry up with his work.
'He was a huge hit at Christmas prancing around in lycra and showing off his biceps.
'Producers were also impressed with his dancing.'
Who presents Strictly Come Dancing 2025?
We are pretty sure Claudia and Tess will be back to host the iconic entertainment show - complete with cute outfits and unbeatable chemistry.
Who is on the Strictly Come Dancing 2025 judging panel?
As far as we can tell, Shirley Ballas will still remain head judge with Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke all supporting her.
