Step Inside Phaedra Parks' Stunning Home: 'Welcome to My Fortress' trucc

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks shares an exclusive look inside her six-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion.

Phaedra Parks is so at home in her Atlanta mansion, where she lives with her two sons, Ayden Nida and Dylan Nida.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member and her sons currently live in the most beautiful, six-bedroom, 10-bathroom house, complete with the most spacious backyard (perfect for entertaining) and a carriage house for guests to stay in. The Married to Medicine alum previously gave BravoTV.com an exclusive look inside of the house, as seen in the video above, where she showed off all of the special rooms and details that make her house so special to her.

"Hello guys, welcome to my fortress," Phaedra said at the start of the tour. "My fortress is a six-bedroom, 10-bath home with a carriage house."

The lawyer and mortician's kitchen is a gorgeous space, complete with white marble, stainless steel appliances, cream cabinets, and yellow accents. "The inspiration for this kitchen is a villa I stayed in in Italy," she explained. "I just loved it."

Just off of the kitchen is her "Versace patio," inspired by the brand. The little sitting area in the sun is surrounded by gorgeous greenery, chairs, and accent decor.

In a 2016 interview with The Daily Dish, Phaedra cited Versace as an inspiration for the decor in her previous house.

"I love crystal chandeliers," she said. "All the chandeliers in my house is custom done by Luna Bella, who actually did all the chandeliers for Versace when he was alive. And so when I found that out, I brought him in, 'cause, of course, Versace was everything. So I said if you did Versace's chandeliers and his furniture, you are qualified to do mine."

Phaedra Parks reveals the design inspiration for her house

Phaedra noted in the above tour that her inspiration for designing her house was to make it a little more edgy and perfectly embody that "fortress" look.

"My inspiration for the interior was basically steampunk," she said while showing the entryway. "All these items in this room are custom made."

"I wanted my home to feel very welcoming, but also, very elegant," she added.

Phaedra's sons can be seen standing in that welcoming entryway in a photo posted to her Instagram  in August.

Phaedra Parks gives a look at her home's backyard

Phaedra's backyard is complete with a swimming pool, sitting area, sculptures, and "great greenery," according to her. The backyard also looks absolutely stunning when it is covered in snow, which Phaedra and her sons got to experience in January.Phaedra Parks' backyard with a cabana and a pool.

Her "formal living room" is just as perfect for entertaining as the rest of the house. The space is filled with navy blue couches with gold accents and a beautiful hardwood floor, as well as a piano, and personal accents for Phaedra and her family. "This room, I have a lot of pictures from moments that really mean a lot to us," she explained. "Things that really mean family and home."

Details on Phaedra Parks' real estate portfolio

Phaedra had previously owned multiple properties in the Atlanta area, including a "French provincial home" which she sold in 2018 for $1.1 million. But real estate is always something that Phaedra has her eye on. During The Real Housewives of Dubai Season 1, Phaedra expressed her interest in buying a property there.

And in a 2023 interview with The Messenger, Phaedra revealed that she had bought her oldest son a piece of property for his birthday.

"I gave him a piece of investment property because he loves investments and money," she admitted. "He wanted a dirt bike, [but I thought], 'Let me get you something that you won't kill yourself [on]. Let me get you something that's going to be useful.' I'll probably have to worry about this rental property, but I won't worry about it as much! We are going to do a project together where we will rehab that property, so I'm super excited about that."
