STACEY Solomon has revealed the secret to her successful marriage with Joe Swash after their heated rows were broadcast.
The TV lovers, who have five children between them, have landed their own reality series on BBC One.
Airing on Tuesday nights, the fly-on-the-wall show follows the family as they navigate life's trials and tribulations.
In the second episode, Stacey revealed exactly why she and Joe are still together after nearly three years of marriage.
Sitting down with former EastEnders actor Joe, Stacey said: "I reckon it's probably that we don't see each other.
"I think we're always like, you know, excited to see... [each other]."
Joe, 43, agreed, replying: "Yeah."
I reckon that's probably the secret ingredient, spend as little time as possible together.
"The less to argue about, then when you do see each other..."
Joe the replied: "You appreciate each other.
"You're like 'oh that's why I am married him'."
Meanwhile, their honesty comes after they had a furious row after clashing over the kids during the same episode of their reality show.

The couple were seen speaking on FaceTime while Joe, 43, was away for work - and Stacey, 35, was unimpressed after he let their children eat dinner on the sofa.
Ahead of the first episode of their BBC reality show, Stacey confessed viewers would see “domestics” between her and Joe.
During an appearance on The One Show, she said: “We're quite a busy household, we're seven just us and then my sister is always over, Joe's family are always over.
"You don't notice, to the point where we would have a bit of a domestic about something and then be like 'they're here... stop the mics are still on, stop'.
"We'd look at each other and be like 'oh no, they can hear us'.”
