Madison LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, are getting ready to settle into a nearly $4 million home in Daniel Island, South Carolina.
With the birth of their baby girl looming, the Southern Charm stars have dropped a whopping $3.9 million on their new six-bedroom, seven-bathroom brick home, which boasts a number of stunning features, including a gorgeous coastal kitchen, a relaxing screened-in back porch, and a pool with its own pool house.
Reality Blurb can confirm the 5,290-square-foot brick home was placed on the market for $4.05 million in April and sold earlier this month.
There’s plenty of yard space behind and beside the estate.
Upon entry to the home is a spacious living room with a modern, marble fireplace and custom white oak built-ins.
The former dining room features a simple chandelier and stunning trimwork.
In the gourmet kitchen are luxury stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a walk-in pantry.
The master suite is located on the first floor and boasts tons of natural light, as well as views of the pool and backyard. It also features his-and-hers closets with glass-front cabinets.
The master bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and soaking tub.
On the second floor of the home are four additional bedrooms with their own closets.
Two of the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms while the others share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The screened-in porch off the living room overlooks the pool.
Outside in a courtyard area are the swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a built-in kitchen area and outdoor shower.
Outside of the pool is the home’s 600-square-foot pool house, which features its own fireplace, kitchenette, and bathroom.
As Southern Charm fans may have seen, Madison and Brett listed their four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 2,858-square-foot home in Charleston, South Carolina, for $1.75 million in March, and it quickly sold.
After getting the keys to their new home earlier this month, Madison took to her Instagram Story, where she offered a “big thank you” to her realtor, Tim Schneider, and gave her fans and followers their first look inside.
“We wasted no time–time to make some improvements before the big move in two weeks! Huge thanks to everyone who’s part of this project. I’m so excited to share the process along the way,” she wrote in the caption of a video of her main floor.
Southern Charm is currently in production on its upcoming 11th season.
