Shep Rose has become Southern Charm’s eternal bachelor after romancing several costars and dating on and off for the past decade.
“I’ve kinda given up. I’ve kinda thrown in the towel with Shep,” original Southern Charm star Cameran EubanksCameran Eubanks exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2018. “Shep likes the ladies. He’s not ready for just one, and it’s OK.”
Eubanks teased that Rose is a “George Clooney,” meaning if he settles down it’ll be later in life. (George married Amal Clooney in 2014 at the age of 53.)
“I make jokes and say that maybe Palmer will be the one. By the time he’s, like, 70!” she added, referring to her daughter, who was born in November 2017.
All jokes aside, Rose has become one of Charleston’s “Peter Pans,” as he appears to like not growing up — like a lot of the men in the city. Rose, however, has dated a few promising suitors over the years.
His longest relationship to date was with costar Taylor Ann Green, but after their 2022 split, he was back on the market.

Danni Baird
Baird and Rose dated prior to joining the cast of Southern Charm, which premiered in 2013. During season 6 of the show, which aired in 2019, Madison LeCroy claimed that Baird got chlamydia from Rose during their relationship. They both denied the hurtful allegations.
Baird moved on with Nick Volz, with whom she shares one child, son Yates, who was born in December 2023.
Landon Clements
During season 3 of the Bravo series, Clements professed her feelings for Rose after years of friendship. “I was getting jealous [of your other relationship]. Well, maybe I love you,” she told him during a 2016 episode. “I’ve loved you for a long time. Of course, you’ve known.”
Rose claimed he “didn’t know,” and the pair’s relationship never turned romantic despite their continued flirtation. To this day, the pair still have a platonic friendship.
Chelsea Meissner
Rose attempted to pursue costar Meissner during season 4, which aired in 2017. He was shut down on several occasions. Meissner briefly dated castmate Austen Kroll that same season, but things later fizzled out.
Following her reality TV romances, Meissner became a mom, welcoming her first baby in September 2023.
Kathryn Dennis
Rose confirmed in July 2018 that he and Dennis had slept together “six or seven times” throughout their friendship. He revealed during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that the first hookup happened during season 1 of the Bravo series, which aired in 2013, when Dennis was pursuing Thomas Ravenel. Dennis now shares daughter Kensie and son Saint with ex Ravenel. (It was later revealed that Dennis and Rose hooked up after the birth of her daughter Kensie, which was in March 2014.)
“Originally I was [her booty call],” Rose explained on the talk show. “But then she [got] back with Whitney [Sudler-Smith] and Thomas and I was just like ‘No, no, no!’”
Bella Clark
Rose fell for Clark during his Bravo dating series RelationShep, which premiered in 2017. Although Clark left the show early to return to her job in New York City, Rose picked her as the winner during the January 2018 finale.
Once the finale aired, Rose confirmed that he and Clark called it quits once the cameras stopped rolling. “We sort of just drifted apart, by no real fault of anyone,” he told People at the time. “I went home and we were sort of texting a little less. And then I came back to New York one last time to see her, and it was clear there that it was over.”
Clark is now married to Jake Grayston, whom she wed in September 2022.
Taylor Ann Green
Rose and Green began dating in early 2020, and the start of their relationship was documented on season 7 of Southern Charm. During the season 7 reunion, which aired in January 2021, Rose confessed to cheating on Green, but the pair pushed past the infidelity.
Us confirmed in July 2022 that Rose and Green called it quits. During the season 8 reunion, which was filmed in September 2022, Green accused Rose of sleeping with “over 300 women” during their two-and-a-half-year romance. He apologized for hurting her and denied being a chronic cheater.
Green exclusively told Us in October 2023 that she had a new boyfriend, Gaston Rojas.
Sienna Evans
Rose sparked a romance with Evans in early 2024 after meeting on the dating app Raya. The pair were hot and heavy during the spring months — Evans even came to visit him in Charleston from her native Bahamas multiple times — but the relationship began to fizzle that summer.
Fans watched the downfall of their romance during season 10 of Southern Charm, which transpired after the group went to the Bahamas. At the time, it became clear that Rose was more serious about Evans than the model was about him. Rose confirmed in November 2024 that he was single.
