The Southern Charm cast seems to think Shep Rose was tricked by his season 10 flame, Sienna Evans.
While attending the premiere party earlier this month in New York City, Venita Aspen, 31, Rodrigo Reyes, 40, and Madison LeCroy, 34, suspected that Sienna conned Shep, 44, into a romance in hopes of securing herself a role on the Bravo reality series.
“I think it was really sad to see a fan use him, because I think Shep was actually in love with her,” Venita told E! News. “And this is the first time we see Shep in love and she just used him.”
“It was a joke,” she continued. “There’s a whole TikTok of her actual boyfriend floating around on the internet. She had a boyfriend that she decided to post after we were done filming.”
Rodrigo agreed with Venita’s claim that Sienna was a “fan.” But he admitted that he wasn’t clued into her apparent scam when he and his fiance, Tyler Dugas, along with Austen Kroll, 37, and his girlfriend Audrey Pratt, visited Shep’s parents’ home with the now-ex-couple last summer.
“We all went down there, we all had a great time, she was so fun,” he recalled. “It was so nice. I felt like that was real. And then to watch things progress a certain way, I was kind of disappointed, because I had high hopes for her and it fell.”
“I do like her,” he added. “But I realized sometimes the fans creep in, and that ain’t it.”
In the trailer for season 10, Madison was seen discussing a potential “stalker” in Shep’s life. However, during her interview with E! News, she clarified that the claim wasn’t her personal assessment of Sienna.
“Honestly, I was told she was a stalker,” Madison explained. “But not really her, more so her grandmother. It gets weird. Her grandmother runs a fan page.”
