Paige DeSorbo and rumored boyfriend Joe D’Amelio haven’t been photographed together in recent weeks, but have they split?
As the 32-year-old Summer House star offered an update on her relationship with co-star Kyle Cooke, 42, who sent her a rage text about Hannah Berner, 33, and Craig Conover, 36, on last week’s episode, an insider has confirmed that Paige is taking a “break” from the sports exec, who she was last spotted with in New Orleans in mid-February, but it’s not the type of break that one might expect.
On March 4, Deux Moi on Instagram offered an update on the alleged couple after one of their followers wondered if Paige and Joe were “still a thing.”
“Some creative writer sent in an anonymous email that they are taking a break publicly but not privately,” they replied.
As for her relationship with Kyle, who was upset about a podcast interview Hannah had done and a partnership deal Craig had made with Loverboy competitor Spritz Society on last week’s Summer House, Paige has confirmed they are “fine.”
After Kyle expressed that he was “discouraged” with the “lies” Craig was spreading in his text, Paige had opened up to Ciara Miller, 29.
“I’ve gotten to the point where you f*cked with my best friend. Now you’re f*cking with my boyfriend [Craig]. You disrespect me. Think you can text me anything you want. F*ck you!” Paige declared on the show.
“You’re lucky I don’t buy Loverboy and f*cking sell it,” she added.
But months after filming wrapped on season nine, she and Kyle are in a better place.
“Kyle and I have a very brother-sister relationship because we’ve known each other for, like, almost 10 years now,” Paige explained to Us Weekly on March 4. “[We] say the meanest things we’ve ever thought in our head to each other. But then I know, like, I’m coming over and playing with the dogs at your apartment.”
“I feel like we do get our rage out with each other because we know like, ‘OK, we’re not gonna not be friends.’ So we’re fine. Honestly, he was just texting me this morning,” she continued.
In addition to their feud over Hannah and Craig, Paige and Kyle were also seen at odds in the trailer for the season after Kyle accused Paige of being “two-faced.”
“Did you say I’m being two faced? How f*cking dare you?” she clapped back.
