Stacey Rusch may still consider her ex-Thomas Anthony Jones, also known as “TJ," her “best friend,” but he just dropped “a bomb” on The Real Housewives of Potomac cast that left everyone in shock.
TJ was noticeably absent from the RHOP Season 9 reunion, but that didn’t stop Wendy Osefo’s husband, Eddie Osefo, from calling him backstage on FaceTime in Part 2 of the reunion as the cameras rolled — and let’s just say TJ didn’t hold back.
Why wasn’t TJ at the RHOP reunion?
After telling Eddie and new Housewife Keiarna Stewart’s beau, Greg, that he had been busy evacuating in the wake of the Los Angeles fires, TJ bluntly admitted there was actually another reason for his absence.
“I ain’t going to that fake ass show with them fake ass people,” he said, before adding that he did at least “miss” the guys.
But that wasn’t all the actor revealed in the impromptu call. Just before the FaceTime convo ended, TJ made another unheard claim that left Eddie and Greg stunned.
“Oh s--t, TJ,” Eddie exclaimed, before Greg added, “No, we ain’t know, man.”
Exactly what TJ revealed remains a mystery until the third and final segment of the reunion airing next week — but it was shocking enough to prompt Eddie to fire off a text to his wife, who was on stage with the rest of the cast.
“Greg & I just FaceTimed with TJ and he dropped a bomb on us … ” he wrote.
When Wendy read just what TJ revealed, she exclaimed, “Shut the f--k up,” catching the rest of the cast off guard with the outburst.
“What’s the matter? Stacey asked.”What?!”
The episode wrapped before Wendy said more, but scenes from the upcoming episode confirm it will be a hot topic as the cast closes out the reunion next week.
“Stacey, you didn’t want TJ to come today,” host Andy Cohen can be seen telling her before Wendy dove into the conversation between Eddie and TJ.
“TJ let Eddie know ... ” she began.

What is the status of TJ and Stacey’s relationship?
TJ made the shattering claim not long after Stacey had given an update on their relationship at the reunion, revealing that the unconventional pair are no longer together.
According to Stacey, who recently finalized her divorce from husband Thiemo Rusch, the relationship fell apart around the holidays.
She insisted, however, that she still considered TJ her “best friend.”
“As I’ve said consistently, um, TJ is one of the best people I know; however, it was just a lot of pressure,” she told the cast of trying to juggle a new relationship amid her split from Thiemo and co-parenting daughter Arabella.
But that wasn’t the only reason the couple decided to call it quits. Stacey revealed that the show itself had also illuminated some troubling aspects of their relationship.
“There were also moments that I saw watching the show that were shocking,” she admitted. “To see the way that he spoke to me and to see the way my family reacted to that, it was tough.”
Stacey added that it also wasn’t easy to have the public — and other Housewives — weigh in on the relationship.
But the real question is, will Stacey continue to be singing TJ’s praises after the bombshell claim that will be revealed next week? Only time will tell.
