So sweet!
Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Lowe famously found love and got married after Season 17 of “The Bachelor.”
Since their time on the show, they’ve welcomed three children into their family: Samuel, Isaiah, and Mia.
This week, Sean shared a parenting story about his daughter Mia that moved him to tears.

In an interview with “E! News,” Sean reflected on how Mia had just completed her first dance recital where she was dressed up as a little bumblebee.
He said, “[She] did the cutest little bumblebee dance. Like, just ripped my heart out.”
Sean went on to say that the family went home to swim in the backyard and when he turned on the outdoor TV, the movie “Father of the Bride” was playing.
He shared, “So, I’m watching Father of the Bride right after the cutest recital you’ve ever seen… It’s Steve Martin replaying his daughter starting young and then growing into a woman. I just started weeping. It’s like, ‘Oh my goodness, this moment, it’s going to be gone.’”
Sean then reflected on how fast time has gone by and how different parenting is for him now.

“When you’re parenting really young children — and we had three kids who were all under the age of 4 — it’s exhausting,” he said. “And you hear that phrase, ‘The days are long, the years are fast.’ And it’s very true… I would think, ‘I just can’t wait to get to the end of the day, get them to bed so I can relax.’”
Sean continued, reflecting, “I just think, ‘Man, I should have really cherished those times.’ Like, yes, it’s very difficult. But it’s also a short chapter of life. And when it’s gone, it’s gone.”
The Bachelor Nation star then shared how his parenting style has changed over the years and what he’s focused on now.
He said, “As babies, it’s all about just nurturing them and taking care of them and reading books to them. And then you reach this stage where now you’re trying to help them pursue the things they want to pursue.”
Okay, we’re crying! We love the Lowe family and appreciate Sean’s sweet reminder to cherish every moment.
