Clapping back.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Sarah found love off-screen with husband Dylan Brown and the two welcomed twin girls Evy and Coco last year.
Since then, Sarah has been keeping followers updated with their new lives as a family of four and sharing how she parents twins with her limb difference.

Now, the Bachelor Nation star is clapping back at critics who have left negative messages towards her online.
In a powerful video on Instagram, Sarah responded to a comment someone left that said, “You shouldn’t be left alone with those babies.”
Sarah doesn’t say anything in the video, but instead shows all the ways she’s able to easily take care of Evy and Coco by herself.
Some of those activities include everyday tasks such as feeding the twins, holding them, moving a car seat, and changing diapers — all the way to putting on a hiking backpack with one of the twins attached and hiking up a mountain.
Followers and fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments of Sarah’s post with love and support.

Kaitlyn Bristowe said, “I’d literally trust you with my own (unborn) babies over myself.”
Sydney Lotuaco Wehby wrote, “Super mom!!” and Lace Morris added, “Proud of you🔥”
Lesley Murphy also chimed in, saying, “You’re such a badass mama!!!!!”
And one follower commented, “What a truly horrible thing to say to someone. You are super mom and those girlies are so lucky you are theirs! 🦸🏼♀️”
We couldn’t agree more with all the love that Sarah’s receiving. And as a reminder, here at Bachelor Nation, we don’t tolerate any sort of online bullying.
We’re sending our love to Sarah, and we can’t get enough of her sweet family. We love seeing her thrive as a mom!
