Rochelle Humes has admitted she was in a 'bad way' after taking part in Strictly Come Dancing.
The This Morning presenter, 35, graced the BBC show's dancefloor way back in 2013 for the Christmas special, in which she was paired with pro Ian Waite.
However, while many stars have a ball during the festive experience, Rochelle is filled with dread when she recalls her time on the show, admitting it is something she 'could never' do again.
Speaking in an interview with Closer magazine, the former The Saturdays star admitted that she was the 'most nervous' she ever was and struggles to comprehend how people could take part for a full series.
She explained: 'I basically got dragged around the dance floor by the lovely Ian Waite, and I was the most nervous I could be. I was in a bad way.

'I don’t know how anybody does that, week in, week out. I could never... and the respect that I have for the people that do Strictly, it’s just beyond!'
It seemed that it wasn't only her nerves that Richelle struggled with but her dance moves too, resulting in then judge Bruno Tonioli likening her dancing to a drunk aunty.
The star recalled the insult during an appearance on Loose Women alongside husband Marvin Humes in September, where they were discussing pal JB Gill's stint on Strictly.
When asked if they'd ever consider it a go, Marvin was quick to remind them that Rochelle had already taken part in the Christmas special, but Rochelle was keen to talk down her disastrous festive stint.
She said: 'You can't say that I did it because that's offensive to people that did. I did a Christmas special, it was a long time ago because (their eldest daughter) Alaia's 11 and it was not long after I'd had her.
'I remember at the time Bruno was a judge and he said I looked like the aunty at the Christmas party who'd drunk too much sherry. Do you know what, I've watched it back through my fingers.'
When asked if she'd ever return to do a full series like Matt Goss, who was on the festive special with her did, she was quick to shut down the idea.
The My Little Coco founder exclaimed: 'No. I honestly think anyone that does it is so brave.

'Even when they say 'dancing the Cha Cha...' I'll be like (vomiting sounds). So whatever you do, J, just do the opposite to me and you'll be amazing.'
Rochelle and Ian scored a respectable 31 points out of 40 for their salsa, but unfortunately ended up in last place. The show was won by Rufus Hound and Flavia Cacace.
