‘LOVE how she had the chance to do Wicked, but she chose Founding Father instead.’
Heather Gay takes a theme seriously, especially if it’s a theater-themed fitness class.
“When my mom books a Hamilton-themed spin class and this is how she wakes me up,” the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s daughter Georgia Gay wrote via TikTok on Saturday, August 9.
The message accompanied a video of Heather, 51, who rocked a black fitness set, long white socks and a massive 18th-century wig.
“It’s also Wicked-themed,” Heather told Georgia in the clip.
“It’s giving mother AND Founding Father,” a fan wrote in the comments section of the post.
A second chimed in, “LOVE how she had the chance to do Wicked but she chose Founding Father instead.”
Meanwhile, fans were going wild over Heather’s slimmer and stronger figure and applauded her for keeping up with her fitness goals.
“Omg heather body is tea!” a third fan exclaimed. “Omg she looks great! Get it Heather.”
The reality star, who has been an advocate for body positivity, admitted to taking Ozempic to help kickstart her weight loss journey in November 2023. Heather didn’t receive positive responses from fans, leading her to double-think her decision to take the FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes.
“I never realized how much my weight affected the way people treated me,” she told ABC News’ Deborah Roberts in December 2024. “But I have loved all the versions of myself and I feel like body positivity wasn’t a lie for me. It changed my life. It allowed me to be on TV, it gave me this chance.”
Heather revealed that she stopped taking Ozempic, and loves the older versions of herself just as much as she enjoys her results.
“I look at those pictures of myself and those episodes and think, I love that girl,” the Bad Mormon author continued. “That girl was braver and stronger and had more confidence being overweight than I did after taking medication.”
