This season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is a bit all over the place. The cast is divided, the ratings are down, and there won’t be a traditional reunion.
However, people are still talking as not only was there recently a fight between Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral, but Teresa Giudice also openly said that she was using Jackie Goldschneider during a recent episode. Recently, a fan on social media asked Jackie how she felt, and she seemingly supported Tre in the situation.
Jackie has been a full-time cast member on RHONJ since season nine. However, her friendship with Teresa is newly mended, and many fans and other cast members have called this into question. Previously, she was close to Margaret Josephs and Melissa Gorga, but they have since fallen out. Not only are fans questioning Jackie’s friendship with Teresa, but some are now also questioning her intelligence.
Recently, the Instagram account Bravo and Cocktails caught wind of a fan asking Jackie how she felt when Teresa said, “Who cares about Jackie? I just need her to take down Margaret.”
Jackie responded to the fan and basically said that Teresa made the comments early in their friendship, so she didn’t hold them against her. The account posted the encounter with the caption, “Guys. Jackie defending all the crap Teresa said about her.”
“How did you feel when you heard Teresa say she was just using you in last w show? Did it hurt you or was it expected?” the fan asked Jackie.
Jackie responded: “It was at the beginning of our relationship. I knew it was strategic at first.”
Besides the harsh comments Teresa made about Jackie in the recent episode, people also question their friendship because they had a very public falling out during season 11. Teresa even references them as being on bad terms in a confessional when she said she was using her. However, it is possible for people to mend things, and it’s also unclear when Teresa actually filmed the scene where she talked about her relationship with Jackie.
Do you think Jackie and Teresa’s friendship is real, or is it still strategic?
