RHOM’s Kiki Barth Confirms Julia Underwent Facelift Amid Martina’s Chemo, Suggests Lisa Still Has Feelings for Lenny, and Talks Melissa Gorga Feud, Plus Shares Status With Nicole and Admits Mauricio is “So Hot” tram

Kiki Barth confirmed Guerdy Abraira‘s claim that Julia Lemigova underwent a facelift during wife Martina Navratilova‘s cancer treatment on Watch What Happens Live last week.

After Guerdy, 47, made the accusation against Julia, 53, amid their feud on The Real Housewives of Miami, Kiki, 36, weighed in on the tension while also speaking of Lisa Hochstein‘s potentially lingering feelings for ex-husband Lenny Hochstein, 59, and feud with Larsa Pippen, 50. She also looked back on her Instagram allegations against Melissa Gorga, 46, offered an update on her relationship with Dr. Nicole Martin, 39, and more.

“It is true. I don’t think it was the right place to say that. And I think anything that someone [does] should be private. But it is true and it is what it is,” Kiki shared of Julia’s facelift on the June 25 episode of WWHL.

Also of Julia, during a game in which she was asked to share what her RHOM castmates should be more honest about, Kiki asked her co-star, “Do you still like big black D? She actually said it.”

During the same game, Kiki wondered of Lisa, “Are you really over Lenny?”

Moving on to Larsa questioning why Lisa was in Milan when her dad was sick, Kiki suggested that Larsa didn’t mean it “in a bad way.”

“But also, understand where Lisa’s coming from cuz she was not as close to her dad, and when you’re not as close … but I understand both sides,” she revealed. 

Regarding whether she had settled her feud with Melissa after calling her out for buying Instagram followers, Kiki confirmed she had not.

“No, but … I’m not a dramatic person. If I ever see her, I’ll probably just approach her and talk to her. Why not? Bring it on,” she encouraged.

Then, after Larsa pointed out that Melissa was “really upset” about Kiki’s claims against her and had called her, Kiki asked, “She was upset?” She then added, “Tell her I got guns,” as she pointed to her arm muscles.

As for when she last spoke to Nicole, Kiki admitted they hadn’t talked “in a long time.”

“I haven’t met Baby Genevieve yet. But me and Dr. Nicole, we’re cool. We just haven’t had a chance to meet, but hopefully, someday I get to meet with her and the baby,” she stated.

When Kiki mentioned Alexia Nepola, 58, and Todd Nepola, 52, she, like many, expressed confusion in their back and forth.

“Are you with Todd or not?” she asked.

She then shaded Adriana de Moura, 59, wondering, “Do you try just to do the drama? She’s always just drama drama. Everything about her is drama.”

Also on WWHL, Kiki played a game of “Lower Your Patch If He’s a Match,” during which her chosen “matches” were Jesse Solomon, 31, and Mauricio Umansky, 55.

“He’s so hot. I’m sorry, [Kyle Richards],” she said.
