Shannon Storms Beador returns to Bravo with The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 and teased viewers that they will get to see the “silly” side of her.
In an interview with Deadline ahead of the premiere of the reality series on Thursday, July 10, Storms Beador previewed what viewers can expect from the new season.
“I can say that coming off of last season, it was a little dark for me, so I am very excited to report that I had a very silly season this year,” she told us. “It’s always fun to laugh and I started out this season getting a long with mostly everyone, and that was a nice change for me.”
Viewers have seen Storms Beador come to grips with the repercussions of her actions after a DUI that made her reevaluate her life. The reality TV personality has taken the necessary steps to grow from the experience, although she finds it “frustrating” that some people don’t think she has held herself accountable for her actions, adding, “But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I know what reality is.”

Storms Beador said she “wasn’t friendly” with Rossi and had only “met her a few times off camera.” She noted that she never established a friendship with Rossie due to her friendship with Judge, who has historically feuded throughout the years.
“So I didn’t get close to Gretchen at all because I was trying to be a loyal friend,” she added. “I was excited to get to know her, and she’s a really kind person.”
Storms Beador was also one of the single Housewives featured on Bravo’s Love Hotel. Although she didn’t end up catching feelings for any of her suitors, she says she keeps “in touch with most of the men” and had a great experience filming the reality series.
When asked if she were asked to do another season of the dating series, she said, “Absolutely, I honestly, it was so much fun.”
However, Storms Beador is not dating right now and is “focusing on me and being the healthiest me that I can and having fun at the same time.”
About the best part of filming RHOC Season 19, Beador said, “What I enjoyed was that I was able to be silly. And I don’t know how entertaining that is, but I love to laugh.”
“I will tell you, Jen Pedranti is flipping funny,” she added. “She mutters stuff under her breath. I have never laughed so much with a person like Jen. It’s just, I look at her and I start laughing. So I’m glad that the viewers will be able to see the fun side of her this season. She’s a kick.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
