According to Married to Medicine star Quad Webb, “Ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun.”
The latest episode of the popular Bravo reality series saw Quad Webb in a somewhat heated back-and-forth with her ex-husband Dr. Gregory Lunceford and his new wife Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford. The verbal dispute kicked off after Quad advised Dr. G and Sweet Tea to have more sex to help a “baby Lunceford” come soon.
After the episode aired, Quad took to X and gave more insight on her side. Responding to a fan who said that her ex was okay being on the show as long as she remained “single” and is upset because she’s dating someone new, Quad wrote,
“I’m in a happy space in my life and I wanted to express how good my man makes me feel. #That’sAGoodManSavanna #married2med”
Another viewer noted,
“it was fine for Dr. G to come back on the show and have his wedding and new wife all in Quad face… but Quad with her new man got him bothered ? foh. if it was fine when he did it so it’s fine when she do it.”
And Quad replied,
“We’ve both been blessed with love again; at least that’s how I see it, but it’s giving a bad case of ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun from the other side. #smh #married2med”
She followed up with a few more posts, letting fans know that the episode seemed “choppy” because a lot of the interaction was removed but the rest will play out at the reunion.
What do you think, does Dr. G feel some type of way seeing Quad move on? Or is Quad in the wrong for weighing in on her ex’s new marriage?
