Proud dad alert
We’ve been filming for Princess’s new reality show and it’s been great fun for us all. Obviously, as a family we’re no strangers to reality TV - but I’m so proud of what Princess is doing now. I think people are going to really enjoy seeing it. There’s a few surprises in there, too, but I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, so you’ll have to watch it when it comes out - sorry!

Seeing red on the red carpet
I see the Denzel Washington incident on the Cannes red carpet, when he had a tense exchange with a photographer, has gone viral. We don’t know what was said, or what triggered him - it looked like someone was maybe pulling on his arm? And sometimes you can’t control yourself, when you’re triggered.

Show shake-ups
There’s been a huge shakeup at ITV, which I think is just a sad sign of the times, really. There’s big changes every couple of years with formats and schedules because things are so fast-paced in the TV industry.

Booze ban
Olly Murs revealed he’s tee-total when he’s touring, and I totally respect him for that. Once upon a time, live music was all about the party scene, all very rock ‘n’ roll. But I’ve met some absolute rock legends who are now tee-total - as am I.
I used to love drinking loads of tequila and getting smashed after a concert back in the nineties, but times have changed. Now I’ll have an espresso before I go on stage. Then I head home to bed, afterwards!

Screening apologies
The screening for Jafaican was in London last week and there was a huge turnout. Now that people have seen it, we’ve received a few apologies for some of the things that have been written about it, because now that people have seen it, they’ve realised it wasn’t in any way racist. It’s actually funny and heartfelt. Hopefully, now that people can watch the full film and make up their own minds, we can put an end to the controversy.
