Paige DeSorbo has two demands before taking the stage: “Pepperoni and cheese in the green room or [she’s] not coming.”
The Summer House cast member made the joke during a recent stop for her Giggly Squad tour. Paige and her former castmate Hannah Berner launched the U.S. trek in September 2024 with a final show set for March 9. Of course, being on and off the road for half a year can sometimes be difficult, but thoughtful gestures and tasty treats can make the experience much more enjoyable — at least, that appears to be the case for Paige.
Page DeSorbo shares a behind-the-scenes look at her tour
The New York native proved this via Instagram this week when she shared a behind-the-scenes look at her and Hannah’s live show. She posted a video that showcased a greenroom fully stocked with delicious snacks and beverages, including a charcuterie board, fresh fruit, Nutella, Freestyle green olives, Quadratini chocolate wafers, Fiji water, and Kookaburra coffee.
Next to the food were two framed photos of Paige and Hannah’s cats, Daphne and Ragamuffin Ravioli Berner, respectively.
“When we can tell women are in charge of the green room,” Paige captioned the Story.
What's on Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner's tour rider?
The Giggly Squad podcast hosts spoke about their tour in a 2024 interview with People magazine, revealing the amusing items on their tour rider.
“Our rider is actually very funny,” Paige said. “We always have a cheese board because you never know when you need cheese and crackers. Then I like Coca-Cola and Hannah’s drink of choice is apple juice.”
“We also have popcorn,” Hannah added. “I get Turkey, but I’ve never eaten it. I just like it being there. The rider’s really difficult and we didn’t know that they actually just take it out of your pay. So it’s not like they just, you like, oh, get me this fancy stuff. It’s like, yeah, we’ll get you fancy tequila, but it’s out of your budget. So when we hear that I was like, I barely want popcorn.”
What's next for Paige DeSorbo?
The longtime besties are now preparing to release their collaborative book, How to Giggle. According to its official description, the work promises to deliver “hilarious and heartwarming advice on how to take life a little bit less seriously.” The topics will include “overcoming awkward situations, red flags in female friendships and romantic relationships, using delusion and manifestation to achieve your goals, [and] decentering men from your life.”
How to Giggle will be released on April 15 and is available now for pre-order.
