Paige DeSorbo is clapping back at claims Austen Kroll made on Thursday night’s Watch What Happens Live.
After the 37-year-old Southern Charm star appeared on Andy Cohen‘s late-night talk show, where he addressed reports of a romance between Paige, 32, and Joe D’Amelio and commented on her recent split from Craig Conover, 35, the Summer House cast member reacted with a comment on Instagram.
“I don’t think that those are rumors. I think that they’ve been substantiated, and I think that Craig knows as such. He didn’t know for a minute, but yeah, I think he’s fully come to terms with that’s not a rumor,” Austen declared on the January 30 episode of WWHL.
But when a clip of the moment was shared on Instagram, Paige fired back at Austen, noting that they hadn’t seen one another for several months.
“Ahhh yes a man I haven’t spoken to in [six] months knows exactly what I’m doing,” she wrote, not exactly denying that what he said was false.
Also on the episode, Austen admitted Paige and Craig’s split did not come as a surprise.
“I know it’s like a blah kind of answer, but the writing was on the wall, and I knew something was amiss for a month or so before I heard this news,” he explained.
He then alluded to the idea that Paige was “mean” to Craig during their three-year relationship.
“She definitely was the dominant person in their relationship,” he stated. “That’s a nice way of saying it.”
In the weeks since Paige broke up with Craig, she and Joe have reportedly rang in the New Year together and traveled to Miami for vacation. Meanwhile, Craig is newer to the dating scene, having recently joined the celebrity dating app Raya.
