The TV personality, 33, who has undergone several non-surgical cosmetic procedures over the years, showed off her sculpted jawline and cut a stylish figure in black-and-white optical illusion leggings as she posed in her lavish hotel suite.

She paired the skin-tight leggings with a black seamless short-sleeved top and tied her blonde tresses up in a stylish claw clip to highlight the results of her previous £2.5k chin liposuction.

One fan questioned if she was referring to buying her peachy bottom, saying 'I’m confused .. face or a**?'

Olivia replied: 'Hahah FACE. A** is squatting. Couldn’t squat that double chin off unfortunately.'

Olivia captioned the post: 'I would have to say my side profile is probably my favourite thing I have bought. (G wagon close second).'

The Loose Women star has never shied away from admitting she has gone under the knife several times and has had fillers 'for years'.

She previously underwent two boob jobs and had surgery on her lips and under eyes as well as multiple injectables.

In 2019 - the same year she became a regular on The Only Way Is Essex - she spent £2.5k on a chin liposuction and contouring procedure.

At the time she displayed the results on @skindoctorclinics Instagram page.

The star was thrilled with the work she had done as she wrote in the comments section: 'The bestttttttt and a heart-shaped emoji.'

Dr Saleena Zimri, who conducted the procedure at the Leeds branch of Skin Doctor Clinics, wrote alongside the before and after snaps: 'I mean wow.'

Since then, she has had her lip filler dissolved and also had her breast implants removed and replaced with smaller ones for a more natural look.

In 2024, Olivia admitted she regrets some of her earlier cosmetic procedures as she opened up about her past surgeries.

The TV star has always been incredibly candid with her 2million plus fanbase about having veneers, lip filler, and Botox to maintain the look that got her noticed by Love Island producers.

Her documentary series The Price of Perfection, which aired in January last year, sees Olivia meeting people who go to extreme lengths to achieve the 'perfect' body.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, Olivia discussed her own experiences with cosmetic surgery as she admitted she was 'ill-advised' and didn't always have the 'best taste'.

She said: 'I lean into my own experiences in the doc and I talk about the fact that I did a breast augmentation when I was very young.

'I went too big and I was ill-advised and I had to kind of re-do that further down the road. Then I have just done the injectables stuff on the face.

'Some of the injectable things that I did, maybe earlier on around Love Island time, were not done by the best people. I didn't have the best taste.'

Asked by host Richard Madeley why she chose to undergo procedures, Olivia explained: 'As a young woman at that time, I was unhappy with what I was naturally given.

'I think that's a thing that a lot of women relate to and especially at that time, the fashions and the pressures, I felt that having a fuller chest would make me feel more feminine, which it did at the time.

'At this age now ironically, and I'm doing the documentary about plastic surgery, I now think the way I look is the least interesting thing about myself.

'Whereas when I was younger, it was the most important thing. I think that comes as well with age and confidence.'
