Miroshnichenko, Celebrini, Michkov Among Top Prospects Attending Upcoming NHLPA Rookie Showcase In Virginia trucc

   

The Capitals practice facility will play host to the 14th annual showcase on Sept. 4.

ARLINGTON, V.A. — The Washington Capitals will be well-represented as their practice facility will again play host to some of the NHL's top rising stars for the annual NHLPA Rookie Showcase.

The showcase, presented by Upper Deck, will again take place at MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Virginia, on Sept. 4. The event is closed to the public.

There, players will be photographed for trading cards and also show off their on-ice skills while playing with a variety of prospects from around the league.

Capitals forward prospect Ivan Miroshnichenko will be the Capitals' prospect representative. Also in attendance include 2024 first-overall pick Macklin Celebrini, Philadelphia Flyers top prospect Matvei Michokov, Anaheim Ducks rising forward Cutter Gauthier and more.
