Michelle Keegan has unveiled a romantic tribute for her husband Mark Wright as she showed off a new addition to their £3.5 million Essex mansion.

The Fool Me Once sensation, 37, admitted she had 'goosebumps' just looking at the stunning piece crafted by artist David Howarth.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Saturday, the former Coronation Street star shared a snap of the white panel hung in the couple's kitchen, reading: 'There's a place in my heart that will never belong to anyone but you…'

Paying a fond homage to the creator, Michelle captioned the artwork shot: '@davohowarth has done it again…honestly I get goosebumps every time I look at it. A personal piece of art that I will cherish forever (just like the one he created in my hallway a few years ago)

'So special.'

The happy couple have been together for well over a decade and married in a £1million ceremony in Suffolk in 2015.

The lovebirds have been documenting their lengthy renovation journey of their lavish Essex mansion, starting in 2019 and wrapping up in August last year, when they celebrated with a swanky pool party.

Michelle and Mark shared most of their updates on the Instagram page @wrightyhome about the stunning property, which was initially bought for £1.3 million and then fully revamped into their dream home.

In an interview with The Observer last year, Michelle said: 'I was filming in Australia and hadn't seen the house for months. And when I walked in, Mark had lit all the candles and… I couldn't speak for five minutes.

'He was like, 'What do you think?' I couldn't find the words to say how I felt, because I was so overwhelmed. I just burst out crying. It still gets me emotional. Because we've worked really hard for it. We've had to make a lot of sacrifices.'

The jaw-dropping mansion featured five bedrooms, bar, cinema room, sauna, a custom-built kitchen, as well as an at-home gym, a five-a-side football pitch or the kitchen.

In June, it was revealed that Michelle is earning an impressive £30,000 per week thanks to the global success of her Netflix hit Fool Me Once.

The actress has cemented herself as a multi-millionaire after cashing in with a string of projects, and her income is set to rise even further, with reports she's been offered a six-figure sum by the streaming platform.

According to accounts obtained by The Sun, Michelle's company Rosia Promotions Ltd has cash of £2.9m for her last 12 months of trading, and £3.6 million in company accounts.

A tax bill also shows that Michelle is earning around £1.5 million per year, which averages at £30,000 a week

Michelle earned £60,000 per year when she starred on Coronation Street, but left the soap in 2014 to pursue other acting roles.

The star is now earning far more thanks to a string of acting projects, having recently wrapped filming on a second series of Ten Pound Poms.

Michelle is constantly asked why she and Mark do not have any children, and in January she opened up about how this affects her.

She told The Mirror: 'It’s horrible. People don’t know if we’re trying. They don’t know the background of what’s happening.

'In this day and age, you shouldn’t be asking questions like that. I’m asked purely because I’m a woman.

'But, I’m immune to it now – it’s like a reaction, and as soon as I hear it I brush it off as it’s no one else’s business.'
