Her co-stars will reportedly stay working until May but Michelle is having to finish up all of her scenes in roughly three weeks as she prepares for her due date.
MailOnline has contacted Michelle's representative for comment.
The news comes after Michelle was seen arriving on set for filming of Brassic series seven on Wednesday.
The mother-to-be was seen for the first time back on set as she got stuck in with the crew ahead of the new series.
Michelle concealed her bump underneath a green crew coat and an oversized leather jacket as she got warm during filming.
Beaming as she chatted with her crew, Michelle looked glamorous from the neck up as her brunette locks were styled in bouncy curls and she accessorised the look with her signature hoop earrings.
Returning for a seventh series, Brassic follows the lives of a group of friends in a fictional town named Hawley, led by Joe's character Vinnie and featuring single mum Erin (Michelle).

However, amongst their happy announcement, there was also some sad news for the couple after it was revealed Mark's grandfather Eddie had passed away, aged 92.
A spokesperson for the former TOWIE star confirmed the sad news last month to MailOnline, explaining: 'Mark’s grandad passed away last night. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones.'
Eddie, a former champion boxer and paramedic, was hospitalised last June after a fall, with the family rushing to be by his side.

Eddie had been part of the Wright family limelight over the years, most notably joining his grandson Mark for the BBC series Who Do You Think You Are? in 2019.
TOWIE star Mark revealed his grandfather was his motivation for going on the show, explaining: 'I've wanted to find out our family history forever, as my Grandad has always guessed where we're from. But nobody’s ever known.'
'He was told my family of his that we were Italian and to be able to give this back to him is great. He's done so much for us, he's our king.'
'It's hard to repay him but this was that moment before it's too late.'
