Mia Thorton is moving on from her estranged husband, Gordon, with her high-school sweetheart, Incognito, known as Inc, and the ladies weren’t afraid to share their opinions on the situation during the Season 9 premiere of The Real Housewives of Potomac.
While Gizelle Bryant and Karen Huger agreed that Mia “looks happy,” Gizelle called Mia’s romantic life “a revolving door,” and added, “You're moving one man out, one man in, all at the same time.”
Gizelle was alluding to Mia's complicated living situation with the two men now, which she discussed in the RHOP season 9 premiere.

Mia revealed in the season premiere that Gordon now lives in her new apartment building, and there are downsides.
“I think it’s great for the kids, but when it comes to me trying to have my sneaky links, you know—not really a sneaky link anymore,” she said in her confessional. But she added, “having the children’s father in their life is really important to me. Despite anything that we’ve done to one another, it’s important for me to make sure that we work together, collectively, for what’s best for the kids."
Mia and Gordon announced their separation after 11 years of marriage during Season 8, and Mia shared they had secretly split in July 2023. During the Season 8 finale, Gordon accused Mia of having an affair with Inc during their marriage. But, on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in March 2024, Mia denied that her relationship with her former flame was the reason for her divorce.
In the Season 9 premiere, Mia and Gordon took their children, 9-year-old Jeremiah and 7-year-old Juliana, for ice cream and then sat down to talk.
Although Mia said she “gave everything” she had for their marriage, Gordon disagreed.
“I feel like you gave a lot, but I don’t think you went the last step … the last step is just separate, and not run to someone else,” Gordon said.
But Gordon apologized for what happened between them.
“I get it,” he said to Mia. “I was mean to you. I admit it. Please hear me. I regret it.”
The other 'Wives react to Mia and Inc's relationship
At Gizelle’s Hattitude party for Karen’s birthday, Mia gave the other ‘Wives more insight on her unusual living situation with Gordon and Inc, sharing that she and Inc once cleaned Gordon’s dirty laundry, folded it, and took it back to his apartment for him.
Mia’s childhood friend Jacqueline Blake told the Housewives that “Inc is really good for Mia,” and added, “I feel like her and G were more of a business partnership.”
Although Gizelle questioned if G knew it was business, Jacqueline said, “I think both of them knew that.”
Gizelle called 11 years of marriage “a long business arrangement,” and Karen agreed and said, “It’s gotta be more than business — you gave birth.”
Upset with Karen and Gizelle, Mia left the party. She defended her decisions and told them, “My kids are happy.”
