Melissa Gorga got a shoutout from a superstar. In April 2025, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star’s recently launched company, Let’s Sprinkle by MG received some love from music icon Jennifer Lopez.
In a photo posted to Instagram, Gorga reshared a message she received from the “On the Floor” singer. Lopez posted a photo of Gorga’s newly launched sprinkle coffee cake with a message, “Thank you @melissagorga.”
“We are over the moon!! We knew @jlo was a Sprinkle Lover!!💖 #jlo #LetsSprinkle #sprinklecookies #coffeecake,” Gorga captioned the share.

Gorga first announced her sprinkle cookie company in December 2024. In a post shared to Instagram, she told fans, “My passion for sprinkle cookies is finally available for you! With @letssprinklebymg The ultimate sprinkle butter cookie that’s as chic as it is delicious! Trust me… you will NOT want to throw these in the garbage 😉.”
Gorga’s remark about the “garbage” was in reference to her estranged sister-in-law Tersa Giudice’s memorable RHONJ scene in which she complained that Gorga brought store-bought sprinkle cookies to a Christmas dinner at her house. “I said to her, ‘Melissa, nobody touched the cookies you brought.’ I threw them in the garbage!” Giudice said in the famous scene.
On April 1, Gorga announced the addition of coffee cake to her Sprinkles by MG menu. “✨Introducing✨ My sprinkle coffee cake from @letssprinklebymg 💖soft, moist & rich✨The batter is filled with colorful sprinkles! It’s unclear if Gorga sent Lopez the sprinkle cake or if Lopez bought it herself. The two women have hung out together in the past.
In 2018, Gorga and her husband Joe attended Lopez’ Video Music Awards after-party. In a post shared to Instagram, she wrote, “Last night at @jlo’s VMA after party💋 What a night! & what a way to celebrate this guy’s birthday! Happy birthday @joeygorga !! This will be your best year yet❤️ love you! #jlo
The following year, Gorga posted to social media after she went backstage at a JLo concert. “Jenny from the Block @jlo My girl put on a killer show!“ the RHONJ star captioned a photo of her and the singer at the time.
