PREGNANT Megan McKenna has shared a concerning fall where she tripped and "crunched in" on her baby belly.
The 31-year-old star is currently expecting her first baby, but it's been far from plain sailing for the star who has had a series of setbacks and illnesses in the past few months.
However, she's been keeping fans updated with everything every step of the way, including the highs and the lows.
In her latest Instagram reel, Megan dished up her pasta dinner as she spoke about her latest tumble while looking after her dog Daisy.
Explaining she had taken the pup to the parlour to get her hair cut, the Towie star revealed: "I put Daisy down, and she started running the other way, honestly, because she was just so hyper, just getting back from the parlour, and I ended up chasing after her and falling over.
"Honestly, like, thank god my knees took all the way so my belly didn't take the weight, like it was more like a crunch in on my belly, but it's still hurt."
Trying to see the funny side, Megan added: "I could not pick myself up, I was like…. just completely fell. If anybody could see me, I was like, rolling around on the floor, literally looking like Mr Blobby!"
The star's upbeat attitude encouraged followers to share their own experiences of falling while pregnant, with several saying their balance was off as a result of the baby.
"I nearly went flying pregnant, couldn’t even put my arms out, centre of gravity is completely off," one wrote.
A second added: "I fell over when I was pregnant onto my bump went to doc as I was worried and was told bump protects them well 😔 I was ok so was baby in fact she’s 13 tomorrow 🤣 your looking amazing"
"I fell over when I was 38 weeks pregnant, as I was rhesus Negative, I had to go to hospital and have another Anti D injection! Look after yourself mumma," noted a third.
While a fourth said: "My knees were so grazed pregnant. So clumsy. Some how your body just knows how to land ❤️"
Megan announced in April she was pregnant with her first child with her footballer fiancé, Oliver Burke.
Oliver got down on one knee and proposed on June 14 2023 after just five months of dating.
The pair then underwent rounds of IVF treatment in order to conceive.
However, she's been plagued with medical issues since announcing her pregnancy, including spending her babymoon in the UAE bedridden with tooth pain.
Sharing a video from her hospital bed, Megan revealed in May she'd had a bad reaction to medication she'd been given and needed to be looked after.
In July, she revealed she had been rushed to hospital after a severe allergic reaction left her fighting for her life.
Megan admitted her pregnancy is complicated by her severe wheat allergy, as she’s worried about what this could mean for her child.
