A sneak peek at season 7 — which premieres on June 11 — highlighted romantic developments among cast members, including Larsa's split from Marcus Jordan and Alexia's divorce from Todd Nepola.

“He was sending really threatening text messages at the end,” Larsa claimed of Jordan in the teaser, while Alexia tearfully recalled coming home to find her ex-husband gone. “I don't even want to be happy anymore,” Alexia said.

The preview even revealed that new Housewife Stephanie Shojaee had previously dated former cast member Dr. Nicole Martin’s fiancé, Anthony Lopez.

From breakups to long-lasting marriages, here is everything to know about the real-life loves of The Real Housewives of Miami cast.

Guerdy has been married to Russell Abraira since 2002. The TV star and firefighter met in high school. “I was like, ‘Oh my God, this guy is freaking cute,’ ” she recalled to PEOPLE in 2025.

The couple went on to tie the knot on Nov. 16, 2002, at the Ancient Spanish Monastery of St. Bernard de Clairvaux in Miami, per The Knot. “It was the best decision of my life,” she told PEOPLE.

Geurdy and Russell share two kids, sons Miles and Liam.

In March 2023, Geurdy was diagnosed with breast cancer, which she is now in remission from. Discussing how Russell showed up for her through the journey, Guerdy told Page Six in 2024 that she couldn’t “put it into words.”

“I got lucky being with him ’cause I still to this day, I’m like, when he walks in the room, I’m like, ‘He’s mine,’ " she said. "Like I’m still excited about our relationship and we make it count.”

She continued, “We are so much closer in the weirdest, newest way. It’s like a whole different version of each other, but we’re the same people. So it’s hard to explain, but cancer was good for us in the end.”

Lemigova scored love with tennis legend Martina Navratilova. The two began dating in 2008 and got engaged in September 2014 at the U.S. Open in New York. On The Real Housewives of Miami, Lemigova revealed that she was engaged nine times before she married Navratilova on Dec. 15, 2014.

“Martina won nine Wimbledons and I had nine engagements,” the reality star said.

From previous relationships, Lemigova has two daughters, Victoria and Emma, and a son, Maximilien, who tragically died as an infant.

Lemigova and Navratilova expanded their family in 2024, adopting two sons together. "We are over the moon recognizing the challenges and the rewards for everybody," Navratilova shared in a statement with PEOPLE.

The couple’s plan to adopt had previously been put on hold due to Navratilova’s cancer diagnosis. The tennis star was diagnosed with throat and breast cancer in 2022. Navratilova revealed in March 2023 that she was cancer-free.

Days later, Lemigova expressed her pride in her wife, telling PEOPLE, "I don't even have the words to say how proud I am of my champion for playing singles against the nastiest double partners she ever faced in her life, and beating them both triumphantly. She amazes me every day."

Stephanie Shojaee is married to Masoud Shojaee. The couple first met at a Miami Heat game and exchanged numbers, but Stephanie “chickened out” hours before they were supposed to go out on their first date because he is “way older” than her, she said during a 2022 episode of Uncut and Uncensored with Caroline Stanbury.

A year after she canceled on Masoud multiple times, the pair’s paths crossed again at another basketball game. “My mom told me to just give it a shot,” she recalled on the podcast.

Masoud ended up picking her up two hours late for their dinner. “Had I not paid for my hair and makeup, I probably would have not gone,” she admitted, noting they have “been together since that day."

On Instagram in 2021, Stephanie wrote, “I never dreamed of finding a Prince Charming because I knew a King would be the one finding me.”

While Stephanie admitted on the Uncut and Uncensored with Caroline Stanbury podcast that she’s unsure if she’s willing to share Masoud’s attention “with one more human,” she shared that maybe she’ll give her husband “a little baby boy" one day. Masoud currently shares two daughters from a previous relationship.
