On the latest episode of “Married to Medicine,” the couples’ trip goes left after Gregory and Quad take a trip down memory lane. Here are the highlights of, “Battle of the Exes.”

Apollo is on the way.

The group continues to their time in Key West, Florida. Heavenly tells Simone she invited Apollo and his wife Sherien to join them. However, Apollo told her Sherien wasn’t coming. Simone questions if this was a good idea considering Phaedra’s history with Apollo.

Heavenly tells Simone she asked Phaedra if this was okay, and Phaedra was fine with it. Producers flashback to a scene of Heavenly and Phaedra talking about Apollo meeting them in Key West. Phaedra never stated she had an issue with her ex-husband attending the cast trip.

Heavenly figures Apollo and Phaedra can advise Quad and Gregory on how to be cordial exes.

The first couples’ game of questions is hosted by Heavenly and Damon. Heavenly is surprised to see Phaedra come with Cheick, the man she met at Sweet Tea’s speed dating event.

Quad keeps drinking and speaks her mind.

As the questions keep going, Sweet Tea and Greg confirm they get busy two times a week since they are trying to have a baby. A drunk Quad tells the couple they need to have more *** and she will plan the baby shower. She also says Sweet Tea is the perfect woman for Gregory and she’s happy they are together. Sweet Tea laughs but Greg becomes irritated.

Things get really awkward when Toya points out how uncomfortable it is to have Quad and Greg in the same group. Sweet Tea doesn’t think Greg has any reason to be uncomfortable since he has remarried. Quad agrees and thinks Toya’s point is disrespectful to Sweet Tea.

Quad then goes on to say there’s no issue because she is the one who chose to end the marriage. Sweet Tea argues that Greg wanted to end the marriage as well. Heavenly regretfully interjects and corrects this, saying Greg did not want a divorce. She apologizes when Damon gives her a look.

The tension is hard to ignore at this point. Quad says she supports Sweet Tea and Greg’s marriage. Greg tells Quad that they don’t care about her opinions. This leads to an argument between him and Quad in which Greg says Quad has a “big ******* mouth.”

Quad calls him a narcissist.

Sweet Tea and Quad then get into it. Quad tells Sweet Tea that she is who she wants to be. Greg starts yelling at Sweet Tea to stop arguing with Quad. Quad says her man King would never speak to her that way. The whole interaction is uncomfortable for everyone else.

It’s decided that it would be best to end the questions game.

Quad discusses what just went down with Mimi. Mimi’s experience as a psychiatrist kicks in. During her green screen interview, she says Quad needs to get out her feelings. So she is going to keep her mouth shut and listen.

Meanwhile, Greg and Sweet Tea argue when they are away from the rest of the group. Sweet Tea doesn’t feel like she got carried away.

Gregory is fed up. He wants his and Quad’s past to stay there. But this can’t be done if Sweet Tea insists on going back and forth with Quad.

Sweet Tea doesn’t understand why she can’t respond if Quad is shady. Gregory says he is tired of the negativity and storms off.

Sweet Tea begins her search for Gregory. She locates Contessa and Toya. They talk about the blowup that just occurred. Toya and Contessa believe Gregory was triggered by Quad discussing her *** life with King and wanting to have his baby. Sweet Tea doesn’t think Greg was jealous. In her opinion, Quad caused the friction by being messy.

Damon, Heavenly, Jackie, and Curtis discuss the drama. Damon and Curtis say they would never return to a group if it would require interacting with their ex-wife and her boyfriend. They believe this would be a heavy burden for any man.
