Madison LeCroy knows the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
Between her ever-growing list of business moves, the Southern Charm cast member has no trouble keeping busy these days. But no matter how hectic her schedule becomes, Madison always prioritizes quality family time. She demonstrated this on February 3 when she shared another glimpse at her life with Brett Randle.
“Sunday Funday,” the Charleston mom captioned the Story, which showed her smiling husband sitting at a restaurant.
Madison LeCroy reveals Brett Randle's cancer diagnosis
Madison shared the marriage update nearly two months after she publicly revealed Brett’s cancer diagnosis. The mother of one shared his story in Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 2 (December 12, 2024).
“Unfortunately, Brett was diagnosed with thyroid cancer toward the end of last year, around our one-year wedding anniversary,” she said in a confessional. “I thought, like, how? Like, I’m finally happy and it’s just scary.”
Madison confirmed Brett’s doctors were able to remove a “three-centimeter nodule” from his throat, which effectively got rid of the cancer; however, he was still experiencing “complications” from the surgery.
“I feel like we can’t catch a f-cking break,” she said. “I told [her 12-year-old son] Hudson that Brett was sick but I didn’t go into detail about what cancer can do to someone. I try not to let Hudson see me emotional because I have to be strong for my family."
Brett reveals doctors found a tumor on his kidney
In Episode 4 (January 2), Brett informed Madison that his doctors discovered a tumor on his kidney and that it would have to be biopsied to rule out the possibility of cancer. The Southern Charm-er shed more light on the situation while speaking to her mom in Episode 5 (January 9).
“Brett told me some news,” Madison said over FaceTime. “So he did some blood work and it didn’t come back normal. And they … they found a tumor on his kidney. We don’t know, we don’t know what it is, but still… If I lose him, I would die. I just kind of … I don’t know. I don’t know what to do.”
Madison shares a positive update on Brett's health recovery
Although Madison described the previous 12 months as the “worst year of [her] life,” she has since provided positive updates on Brett’s health.
“It’s been a challenging year for our family, but we’re taking it one day at a time and doing our best to navigate through it,” Madison said in an Instagram Story. “Brett is getting stronger every day, and we’re so grateful for all the love and support. We love y’all — and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
