Madison LeCroy Is Selling Her Charleston "Dream Home" for $1.75 Million tram

Madison LeCroy is saying goodbye to her Charleston “dream home” — if all goes according to plan.

Roughly three years after purchasing the abode, the Southern Charm cast member listed the property for $1,750,000. Madison— who shares the house with her husband, Brett Randle — confirmed the move via Instagram on Friday (March 7) when she reposted the home listing.

According to the post, originally shared by Charleston-based realtor Tim Schneider, the 2,858-square-foot house is located in the highly coveted neighborhood of Daniel Island. It features four bedrooms, four baths, and a two-car garage that Madison transformed into a state-of-the-art gym.

Other highlights include a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a custom island; a screened-in porch and deck with an outdoor TV; and a main suite with two walk-in closets, a private porch, and a soaking tub.

“Brimming with Southern charm, this home features designer details, high-end finishes, and an unbeatable location,” the post read.

Madison teased a potential home move back in December, months before announcing she and Brett were expecting their first child together.

“Hopefully, Brett and I will grow our family and we’ll just maybe outgrow this house and have to get something bigger,” she told The Daily Dish. “That’s my plan.”

Madison — who also has a 12-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous marriage — made similar comments during her March 5 Amazon Live stream after a viewer asked if she planned to go on a “babymoon” before welcoming her daughter.

“I don’t think we’re gonna do that this year,” she said. “My husband and I are trying to move into a bigger house, so I don’t know if this will be the year for any of that because I’d rather have new furniture. You know, priorities.”

Have Madison and Brett found their next home?

“It has a pool, so that’s cool,” she said. “I’ve never had a pool. My parents did but I didn’t. [The house is] big, big enough to where we can continue to grow our family. And, you know, I’m just at that age right now where I think that spending my money on things like that (home purchases) versus these lavish trips that I’ve been going on the last couple of years is where I’d like to see my money.”

Madison reveals her plans for her daughter's nursery

Madison and Brett are set to welcome their baby girl around late July or early August, which means Madison is now in her second trimester. The South Carolina native said she’s already started the nesting phase and has a vision for the baby’s nursery.

“I don’t really think I’m doing a theme,” she said. “I am going to do a custom — like, all the drapery for her room will be custom and I’m doing a canopy over her crib. I’m gonna do the canopy a little bit longer, that way, when she gets her big-girl bed — how crazy is that? — the canopy would still be appropriate and fit under there.”

Madison said she didn’t want to do a typical pink nursery for her baby girl because she wanted to use the same decor if and when she had another child.

“I had one bedroom left in my house, and I thought, ‘Well, if we have another baby and it happens to be a boy, I wanna be able to reuse these drapes and stuff,’” she explained. “But now, if we end up moving, then I’ll have another room for hopefully baby No. 3 down the road — if everything goes as planned because your girl is getting older.”
