Madison LeCroy Celebrates “Closing Day” on Her New House tram

Madison LeCroy is officially on the move! After the Southern Charm cast member listed and sold her Daniel Island home in March, she and her husband, Brett Randle, have closed on their new house in South Carolina.

Madison, who is currently expecting her second child and first baby with Brett, took to her Instagram Story over the weekend, where she reposted a photo of her and her realtor, Tim Schneider, and announced the big news. Tim took to his Instagram feed, first, where he congratulated Madison, her 12-year-old son Hudson, Brett, their unborn daughter Teddi, and their adorable dog Karen on the big accomplishment. He also posted a photo of himself, standing next to a pregnant Madison, who held a beautiful bouquet of hot pink flowers.

"CLOSING DAY," the realtor wrote in the caption of the post. "Congratulations Madison & Brett & Hudson & Karen!!! I am so happy for y'all!"

Madison was just as ready to celebrate the big news. "Closing Day," Madison wrote over the reposted photo, along with a confetti ball, tulip, and bouquet emoji.

Is Madison LeCroy moving to California?

No, she is not. Although Brett still works as a firefighter in California, he and Madison are still staying in South Carolina. Madison, who had jokingly told some Instagram commenters that she was moving to California, clarified these comments during a March Amazon Live stream. 

"I'm not really moving to California," she admitted. "I'm staying in Charleston. We just found a bigger house. Like I said, the very first time I bought this house...this was my dream."

Although Madison hasn't shared any photos or videos of the new house, she has shared some details about it. She revealed that it will be big enough for her growing family, including her baby, who is due this summer, and any other future children or house guests.

"Let's just say...it's exactly what we need," Madison told The Daily Dish in March via email. "More space, more charm, and plenty of room for our family to grow...It's got everything we've wanted and then some, so get ready because y'all know I'll be making it perfect! And of course, I'll be sharing every step of the way, so stay tuned! Don't worry, I'm not going far! Charleston is home, and it's where we want to raise our children. I wouldn't trade it for anything."

But, she admitted during a March 20 Instagram Story that she needs to make some changes to the new house, even though it is "bigger, grander" and "more charming" than her former home. "What I have in store next is gonna blow your mind, especially when I'm finished with all of the things I'm gonna change," she admitted.

"Now, I won't be able to do that at first because I'll be house-poor, but that's OK," she added. "Anyway, don't underestimate me. That's where you go wrong. Just know it's gonna be bigger and better."
