Madison LeCroy teased new cast members joining Southern Charm, claiming they’re her friends – as she’s looking forward to more “people in my corner.” The star also addressed a rumor that Thomas Ravenel will return to the show.
Thomas exited the show in 2018 after getting arrested for alleged assault and battery. He later pleaded guilty. Earlier this year, a rumor surfaced that he met with producers about a potential comeback.
In an interview with Page Six, Madison was asked about the Thomas rumors.
“No, I mean, unfortunately, it would be great for us, I think, but I have not heard that or seen that at all,” she said.
But the star teased some new additions in the cast.
“I’ve got some friends that are gonna be joining, so that’ll be nice and interesting, some new, fresh faces that I think [are] gonna be great for us, and I think everybody’s gonna love them, and yeah, I’m excited to be able to have some more people in my corner…” said Madison. “We’ll be opening up a whole new can of worms with these guys.”
Madison thinks the new season will begin filming this spring, and she said it’ll be “fun” for fans to see the city in “warmer months” instead of late fall.
A source told the outlet that Bravo doesn’t “comment on casting” until they’re ready to officially announce a new season.
Despite the rumor about a recent meeting with a producer, Thomas himself also denied he’s returning. But no one, it seems, has yet denied the report that cast changes are looming.
