It’s uncertain when a new season of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip will happen due to the recent drama with the spin-off. Because of the absence, fans have been clamoring for a new show that combines some of their favorite ladies from various Housewives shows.

Now, Peacock has announced that it will air a new dating show, currently called Love Hotel. The cast will include RHONY alum Luann De Lesseps, 59, Shannon Beador, 60, from RHOC, and RHOP stars Gizelle Bryant, 53, and Ashley Darby, 36.

As everyone knows, Peacock is also home to the mega-successful Love Island, USA, so the streaming service is hoping it can create the same magic with this one. Shed Media, the same company behind several Housewives shows, is set to produce the new series. Notably, Shed was also behind Ultimate Girls Trip.

According to People, the ladies will film the show in Cabo San Lucas this September. Currently, there is no planned airdate for the series, but it’s expected to debut sometime next year. Of course, if successful, each season would bring new Housewives stars looking for love.

Each of the four ladies picked for the show is among the most popular housewives from the Bravo universe. However, they have all publically had relationship troubles. Of course, Luann has been married twice and linked to several male reality stars over the years. Gizelle is divorced and Ashley is currently going through one with Michael Darby.

As for Shannon, she very famously dated John Janssen, and now he’s dating her co-star, Alexis Bellino. Each of these ladies has a compelling story related to finding love, which means Love Hotel, if it still has this name when it airs, could be a well-rounded show.

However, the announcement of this new Housewives dating show has caused many to wonder if Ultimate Girls Trip has been put on pause due to the lawsuit between Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo. As of now, it seems unlikely Peacock will air that season of the show.

The filming on Love Hotel is reportedly set to begin soon.
