WHITNEY Adebayo has revealed her bizarre reaction to Lochan Nowacki ending their relationship - and his reason for doing so.
The couple confirmed their split in April after they made it to the Love Island final in 2023.
Now Whitney, 27, has told how she tried to remain calm when Lochan, 25, dropped the bomb that their relationship was over.
Appearing on The ZeZe Mills Show, she said: “When he told me, I was like, ‘OK, let’s just order pizza, get wine…
“I got my ChatGPT up and I was like, ‘ChatCGP, what do you ask someone who wants to break up with you?’”
Whitney continued “So I asked him everything I wanted to know - what could I have done better in the relationship?”
When ZeZe asked Whitney what Lochan’s reason for ending their relationship was, she replied: “He said that he wanted to focus on his career.”
But she insisted that, despite her being blindsided by the break-up, she and Lochan are still on good terms.
Whitney said: “Everyone thinks we hate each other. But it was very much giving wholesome, cute... like, ‘maybe not right now, but who knows what the future holds’.”
She previously shared a very emotional response after confirming they split.
Whitney told fans: "I wish I could tell you there was someone else, something that would make it easier to understand.
"Maybe it was just one of those heartbreaking moments of ‘right person, wrong time’.
Love Island’s Whitney opens up about split from Lochan in heartbreaking post and says HE ended their relationship
"I’m strong, but for the first time in a long time I can admit that I’m broken. I thought I had everything figured out, the future seemed so certain.
"Now I’m 27, standing at a crossroads and questioning everything that I thought I knew.
"So many memories, so many plans, so many ‘I love yous’ that had their last day - I just didn’t know it. Now I’m here in my new apartment, surrounded by the quiet echoes of him."
